Sean is great! Can’t say enough great things about Sean and his level of service and professionalism. Automatic Climate is lucky to have such a great employee. Sean came out for a major repair back in December. I was very impressed and ended up signing up for a service agreement. Automatic Climate reached out to schedule my spring checkup. I specifically requested Sean and once again he showed up delivered. Took time and walked me through what he was doing. I always learn something from Sean. Of all the hvac service techs and companies I’ve dealt with, Sean and Automatic Climate have been the best. Highly recommend.

Installation crew arrived on time and proceeded to remove the old units and install the new ones. They were efficient and did an excellent job. Shortly after they finished a representative came by to chack out the installation and train me on operating the thermostat

Outstanding experience! The time and costs associated with HVAC repairs are never enjoyable. However, our technician, Tevin, took the time to walk us through his diagnostic process, showed me exactly what the issues were, and explored all available options to find a solution that fit our family. Tevin exceeded our expectations and his thoroughness in addressing all of our concerns made us comfortable with the entire process. Philippe went above and beyond to not only fix my heating issue, but he saved me hundreds of dollars by finding the fix instead of patching the problem. Such a great guy and I will be using them again when I replace my heat pump in the next year. I could not recommend this place enough.

After gathering multiple estimates we decided to go with Automatic Climate to replace our downstairs unit including all our ductwork. They were priced about the same as everyone else but both my fiancé and I just thought they’d do the best job. They were extremely professional and respectful through the whole process and answered all my questions. Antonio has now been back twice to service our upstairs unit and every time the service has been excellent. He has been able to keep our older unit running until we are ready to replace that too. He has been honest about the age and condition of our unit without making us feel pressured to replace it just yet. We will definitely continue to use them for all our HVAC needs.
