Automatic Climate HVAC & Air Conditioning

Sean and his partner did a great job of explaining what needed to be repaired. They weren’t high pressure approach but more consultative around what was serious and not so much.

I had my yearly HVAC and furnace maintenance and Charlie W. was very professional and informative. He went over all the checks he performed very thoroughly and told me how my system was running very well. I'm happy with Automatic Climate and will continue to use their service to maintain my systems.

We found Ale M. to be the epitome of friendliness and professionalism. He answered all our questions. We are first time paying customers of Automatic Climate now that we own the dwelling. We are also fairly new to VA and the HVAC systems here. We felt assured and confident that Ale has our best interests at heart.
When we just rented the dwelling our landlord hired Automatic Climate to service the HVAC system. So we are well familiar with AC being a very good & dependable company.

The service tech, Charlie, is very thorough and does a great job explaining any issues with our HVAC system and the remediation steps he recommends. He also makes clear what is urgent and what can wait. I’m very satisfied with Automatic Climate.

Josh did a great job completing our HVAC system maintenance. He explained recommendations clearly and even worked through our crawl space to take a look at our dryer vents. He was very professional and made sure everything was good to go as we gear up for winter!

This work was done on my daughters home system. She called me and I called Automatic Climate and spoke with Sean. The heating system stopped working, they have a 1 year old, and I needed to help them. The system is shot, need to replace it. The best we can do is wait until the morning and see what the damage is. Sean went to Lowe’s and bought 2 oil filled heaters to keep them warm - above a beyond. They showed up the next day a gave us our options. We made the choice of replacing the system on Wednesday and they would come out on Thursday to assess our system to see if there were any issues prior to installation. Initially, we were looking at next week but because of the baby, and the cold weather coming in, they will do the complete installation tomorrow (Friday). No one does it better - Automatic Climate (and Sean) are life savers - Thank you!

I started maintenance with Automatic Climate on my A/C and natural gas heating system about 5 years ago. I have been very happy with their service, and their rates are reasonable. I definitely would recommend them.

Sean F. Listened first! Then he did a detailed step by step assessment to find causes for our air quality problems. Our prior installing and service company gave options that might work. Sean’s assessment led to recommendations I could trust. He installed an iwave air cleaner, provided tips about filters that will save money, and showed us why we need a duct cleaning. We are switching to Automatic Climate for our HVAC needs.

Josh and Ale came out today and did my DUCT cleaning. I was super impressed with their service! My home smelled strongly of dog….and after they cleaned it smelled sooooo much better. They also were super professional. Last but not least…great price point for duct cleaning!

Sean and Robert were both amazing. They were polite, efficient, and did a comprehensive system check, and found an issue that could have shut down our heat. Repair was done efficiently. Cannot be more pleased with the services we receive from Automatic Climate.
