The owner of Thais company is a very good man. Also Justin came out and evaluated my furnace, let me know what needs to be done on Monday. By Tuesday afternoon he had all the work completed. Excellent customer service.

What a phenomenal experience - So very refreshing to work with this group. I went through Angie's List to obtain pricing. Called within moments, a quote was received within a couple of days (phenomenal price for a 2/5 ton full change-out), and work was completed shortly thereafter. Installation was as quoted/scoped and the construction side of the business was able to take care of a punch list of items, as we were selling this rental property and additional work was needed for plumbing, electrical, etc. Highly recommend and will absolutely use again should the opportunity present itself. (Installers were Derek and Brandon - Kudos to them!)

I had my first free heat pump check up this week. Technician was punctual, professional and friendly.
I would recommend Taylor to anyone who needs a heat pump. The salesman Chip was so knowledgeable and the price was fair and cheaper than other companies.

Gerald Taylor was quick to meet with me to both educate me on the best systems for my home and offer an estimate. He was very detail oriented and great at explaining the efficiency of various units to a lay person. Once Chip Young emailed the contract & we signed off- we were scheduled for the same week- thank you Teresa! That was a relief as we were having a very hot, humid week. Carlos Duarte and his crew arrived on time and worked hard until the job was complete. They were very professional and neat. Carlos was very patient as I had some difficulty registering my thermostat. He continued to help me until it finally went through. Carlos went over how to operate the new WiFi thermostat with my husband and I. We were well informed and feel confident our new Trane ac/ heat pump was the right choice for us. Replaced my old (21 years ) two 2.5 ton HVAC units with 3 ton Rheem units. Chip Young was very helpful/knowledgeable as well as professional. Replaced my old acqua therm with with an efficient gas furnace. His team did an outstanding job... finished the job in just one day. Kudos to Derek and Mosess as well as to Brandon and Joe. Very professional service. Justin from Taylor Construction diagnosed our system and ordered the part. Upon taking the air handler apart to replace the motor he realized it was actually an electrical issue and the motor was fine. He fixed the electrical issue and didn't install or charge us unnecessarily for a new motor. Thanks!

Derrick and Chase came out this am and installed a new Bosch system at my house. They worked non stop with no issues

I had just had my bathroom completely renovated by these guys! It was definitely something to get into because my house is from the 1950s! They got the bathroom done professionally and quickly. The guys communicated any problems and suggested things. They were also super kind to my dogs and two little boys! Thank you again! Looking forward to another project
