Wes at Taylor Construction Services Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. is wonderful to deal with. He got someone out quickly to check my gas heaters for leaks. Dillon was professional and great to deal with. He found and fixed our problem. They have also installed commercial toilets for me that are wonderful. I will continue to use them!

Taylor presented a fair proposal, and we chose to purchase the Bosch system. The installation was quick and professional, as was the follow up.
We would recommend that Taylor be given the opportunity to gain your business.

Used company twice, 1st time install new complete HVAC system, water heater and electrical upgrade. 2nd and recent time, Complete bathroom reno due to water damage. Carlos, Marlo and Daniel got the job done fast and did the job right from start to finish. Very professional/friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. Taylor is a wonderful company. They did a great job on my HVAC system and I will be using them in the future for a construction project. Polite, great customer service, competent and on time. I'll be using them for all of my home repairs.

We wanted a very efficient HVAC system. Chip is very knowledgeable and helped us in the selection of our equipment. Derek and Vance were very professional and they did a great installation for us. We had a Bosch air source heat pump and a very efficient Bosch gas furnace installed. They were orderly, courteous and friendly, answering all of our questions . All of the old equipment was removed and the work area was left clean. I will highly recommend Taylor Construction for HVAC work.

Outstanding company that performed. I needed 3 small projects completed in preparation for a basement finish out. Taylor was willing to install my equipment (humidifier and exhaust fan). They also installed some additional supply vents.
Their work was very neat and their pricing was more than fair.
I highly recommend them.

NOTE: This is from ( I think ) 2016. I will continue to post annually, because they refuse to apologize for their misstakes, and refuse to keep their word.

This was a VA Loan paid installation and I was unable to stop payment for this service!
Caused theft of materials by not following instructions and placing equipment in garage which they had full access too.
Over priced the replacement of a $1.50 soffit vent which chip young said he would just do. (Bill dropped by contractor.
Caused damage to ceiling installing attic duct work and cracking sheet rock.
Ran drainage lines from attic air handler blocking attic access door over garage.
Removed grommet and nut to conduit but ran wires outside of nut, so it could not be reattached.
I had another contractor come in and fix their mess the next year and they stated, 'over sized ductwork installed (Taylor charged me for items not needed).

About a year or two later, Mr Taylor called asking to meet up. (I have an audio recording of this and saved phone records). He wanted to discuss my review of his business and what he could do to "Make this right". He later cancelled and never tried to reschedule.

This service was SO BAD and their customer service straight bold face lied to me (promises to replace the equipment THEY CAUSED to be stolen by not putting in the garage as instructed. (I had promised the equipment to a local church. I ended up buying them new systems, because UNLIKE TAYLOR CONSTRUCTION! I KEEP MY WORD!)

The installation mechanics Brandon and Moses were so polite , hard working, and professional. They did an excellant job installing and cleaning up after the job. We are very happy with the unit we purchased and its performance, especially for the value.
