Chris A diagnosed an issue with one of my units a few weeks ago. He explained the issue and how it would be addressed. Answered all my questions. Very helpful.
He was on site today to service the unit. Explained what needed to be done and replaced the part, verified all was working. Courteous, professional and easy to follow. Great service and customer focus!

Philip was very professional, helpful and friendly. We had a new propane water heater installed and a new heat pump and furnace. It was installed on time and everyone that participated in our selection of units and installation including obtaining a loan for the purchase was honest and caring of our situation. It didn't hurt that everyone loved our dogs as we have 4 dogs and many times we have had workers too scared of them to come inside our home.

ARS had a technician come out and check my system. Give me a diagnosis so they’ll come back in two days Then call me back in four days saying that I need it 11 gallons of refrigeration liquid And had to pay $610 dollars of liquid before they establish if there was a leak at all. Completely different story from what the technician wrote on my receipt. Bad business.

Billy Meyer from ARS came out yesterday because my duct work was sweating terribly..He didn't even look into my crawl space. Immediately said that my unit was too big and needed replacement. He said it was a 3 and a half ton unit. It is a 2 and a half ton unit..I just purchased last year still have paperwork..He said to replace it for 8 to 12 thousand..I had 3 other companies come out including Michael and Son and tell me yes my unit was correct a 2 and a half ton unit..My problem is humidity in the crawl space and bad duct insulation...ARS and Billy Meyer are liars and money hungry...!!!! their out to get people and their hard earned money .They just want to sell new units they will send out salesmen full of lies..I fell sorry for elderly people and people with no construction knowledge..I give them a negative rating...BEWARE

He answered all of our questions about our new system (no matter how dumb they were!) and was polite and professional throughout the entire process. He worked after hours calling not only his boss but also the company that made our heater to ensure that we got the answers we were desperately seeking. Not pleased with a 10 minute inspection of my heater that was promoted as a “tune up”. The service person did not use any tools and suggested I buy a service contract.
I called the service customer support line to complain and was told someone would contact me within 48 hours.
Still waiting for a call!
I would not recommend this company!
