ARS Richmond, you certainly have an excellent HVAC Service Technician in Mr. Wendell Battle. Wendell showed up on time, with a friendly and pleasant attitude and went right to work after making sure that I understood what he would be doing. He also confirmed that I had no questions or concerns after the Spring Tune-Up was completed. I will definitely be requesting Wendell for all future service calls.

I am very disappointed in ARS. I purchased a new Carrier heat pump in April from The Home Depot and ARS was the installer. The unit has not cooled my home properly since it was installed and the company has still not replaced it. It works fine while the weather is cool, but as soon as the temperature climbs, the temperature in my home climbs with it. Since the unit is unable to maintain my home at 70°, the condensing unit runs nonstop. This causes my electric bill to soar. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ARS. If they ever decide to fix my A/C, I will provide an update to my review.

The Tech that they sent to our home was rather nice but the customer service we received on the phone was horrible. We also learned that they work their technicians to the bone. My wife and I had to take the day off because the tech didn't come until the very end of the day but he was kind and told us that he was stretched very thin. I can't blame that man but whenever we have called the ARS number we have gotten horrible service. I thought we were locked into service with this company but we found a better HVAC company to work with.

Logan is one of the nicest people I've met in quite a while. He was pleasant to be around, extremely knowledgeable.
He allowed me to watch him and explained to me what he was doing as he did it. He said my unit for an eight-year-old system, Goodman, was in very very good shape.
I am so glad I called this company.

The entire process, from getting an estimate to completion of the water heater installation, was a pleasant experience. The technician, Clayton Christie, arrived this morning exactly on time, immediately went to work, completed the installation and had everything cleaned up in 1-1/2 hrs. Very professional and knowledgeable. The job looks great and the assumption is it will work as good as it looks. Couldn't be happier.

I had a technician come to the house for a routine maintenance check. Brandon arrived and turned out to one of the nicest young men. He thoughly explained what he had checked and why. He was very professional and confident in the job he had do. I would recommend him and ARS for all our service. Wat to go Brandon!

Second Carrier heat pump l have bought from them. Insulation crew is top notch and very friendly. Bill, the service representative is also very friendly and explained way more about heat pump operation than any other service person I've had. Always remember to negotiate price of replacement units.

This company installed my HVAC system last June. From day 1 i am having issues one after the another. Still those issues are not fixed. Called for service. They are giving a window time from 9-5. I never heard of this long-time span to schedule service call. What am i supposed to do? sit at home skip my work and a day pay for these crooks. terrible job, poor workmanship, rude, no work ethic, no integrity, don’t keep up the appointments. No words to express frustration stress I am going through. Till now no cares and no one calls from the company to take care the messy job they did. I am annoyed that I wasted my money for this cheap product from this company which gives me trouble from day 1.
I was humiliated and incredibly angered by this behavior. A company with such poor people skills and a lack of common courtesy should not be allowed to do business with customer. It was extremely disheartening that I could not receive the assistance I was politely requesting. I would like this issue to be addressed immediately. I want the unit removed from my house and asking for a refund. Never ever I want to deal with this company again.

I have used this company since they were Weathercrafters and I have always found them to be professional and competent. I received a call to say the representative would be arriving soon. He was prompt and took care of everything efficiently. He was friendly and answered my questions. I happily renewed my service plan.

Wish I could give five stars but our installation guys didn't do a good job installing our ac unit. We had to have a guy come out 5 times within a month because our unit kept leaking. Let's just hope we don't have any water damage. Beware if you take out a loan with greensky. They charge so much interest, your paying your monthly bill and your balance never changes. Other than that our ac works just fine and our electricity bill went down too.
