This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with an outside company. Service rep is very knowledgeable and honest about the process and up front with charges. Installation techs were all awesome and mindful of the home and clean up. The team arrived on time every day, called ahead of time and very respectful. The team is very efficient. Once again great experience RS.

Called around 6 on a 90° afternoon. The misses on the other end of the phone was very helpful and managed to squeeze me in the schedule for the day and was told that I would be contacted 30 min before tech was on the way but it may be as late as 9. Within 30 min I had already been contacted about a tech being on the way. He arrived at my house and was very professional and helpful. He found and addressed the issue quickly. He also had no problem answering any questions I had. Thank you Derrick and thank you RS Andrews.

The technician, Bruce, that came out was very friendly and informative. Even after locating the problem, he continued to check the whole system for any other problems. Bruce was kind enough to help us make another appointment to discuss the work that needs to be done. We have not yet assigned the job of either option, but I'm 99% sure that we will be choosing RS Andrews to complete the work.

So, originally the install went good. I guess there was a refrigerant leak the whole time after the install and it took them sending out 3 different techs for one of them to even check for leaks. That 3rd one was definitely competent and knowledgeable. They came out a 4th time to fix what was diagnosed. I was not available as i went to a family member's funeral.. the techs were asking my roommate and brother what's wrong with the system.. why are you asking? you know what's wrong with the system based off the notes from who seems to be the ONLY competent tech there.. after weeks of no AC it's finally running and cooling the house. The only thing that's keeping me from a 1 star review is the one competent tech and that none of this is costing me due to warranty.

The technician was knowledgeable and his customer service was on point. On the other hand, the dispatchers were confused and gave inaccurate information. Did not call the number given as point of contact and left messages that were conflicting. Gave three stars because of the technician.

Business was response, professional, and in time. The plumber that came install the unit, she was fast, detailed, helpful, and answered all questions. Would recommend and use their services again.

Worst experience ever, technician quickly gave me scenarios and assumptions of how I needed a new system. She didn’t even hear the system working or couldn’t turned on, and she said how it was failing.
She realized the breakers were off, and then she continued saying that the unit jumped the breakers when I confirmed with my husband that he turned off.
Then I have to troubleshoot why the unit was not coming on, and it was because she didn’t turned on all the breakers.
But she continued with the scenario that the compressor was bad.
I asked her to wait and listen to the unit, but she said “all this time the unit hasn’t turned on” . How could it , if it didn’t have power.
Then when she finally heard the problem she said yeah it is the compressor.
But the fan was making the noise, she insisted that with that fan for sure the compressor is bad.
I lost all the confidence in the tech, she didn’t even tried to put oil in the fan because it sounds like it needs lubrication.
I needed fresh air, so I walked outside 3 minutes after she was screaming ma’am. Very disrespectful and poor customer service.
My husband when he arrived asked her why she came to this conclusion if she didn’t work in the system she said she based her diagnosis in what I told her, she said the customer always knows what is wrong with the unit. This is a house I just bought and I don’t know anything about that unit, but I know the fan sounds terrible and maybe needs lubricación but she said I need a new unit. By the way she said I need a new furnace as well because of the compressor.
I called the office they told me they will send another technician. They told me he will be there in 45 minutes . I called back to inquire why 1:30 minutes he did not come and I was told to wait 1 more hour.

Excellent service all around. From the installation of my new HVAC system last year to the semi annual maintenance that they come out and perform. I have not had any problems with the system, and the employees are courteous and very knowledgeable.
