I've used Atlantic Coast for YEARS and they just keep impressing me!

They completed a full AC replacement for me this morning and did a fantastic job. To put the cherry on top of their service, I had my failed water heater replaced last week by a plumbing company. The plumber left the old water tank in the attic because they wanted to charge me a ridiculous price to remove it. Today, Atlantic Coast surprised me and removed my old water heater out of the attic for me while they were replacing my AC unit. I was just blown away! The water heat is heavy as hell, and they had to carry it down two flights of stairs. They did not have to do that for me and I'm so thankful.

Atlantic Coast and their employees are A+. Thank you Mike, Bill, and Paul for taking great care of me. You have another lifetime client!

This business doesn't care about the safety of others. I take the same route to work every morning, and on the morning of July 28, 2022 one of their employees came zipping down the road way over the speed limit. They cut through traffic, forced a lane in front of me, and ran a stop light. I called this business to report the dangerous driving and they assured me it would be solved. I was able to identify the vehicle to them, it was truck 21.

Now let's fast forward to today, May 18, 2023. Nearly one year later and guess what happened this morning. Yup, same truck, same driver zooming down the same road and cutting through traffic forcing lanes on people, and they drove through the SAME RED LIGHT again. I hope every single one of your potential customers read this before hiring you, because gods forbid they get this jack wagon speeding through their neighborhoods and he cause an accident or hurt someone. Figure it out!

Just signed your maintenance agreement given to me by Clay. Clay came out, checked and cleaned my system, talked to me about what he was doing and why. Clay is very informative and asks questions. I am a new customer and I am not only impressed … I’m very happy also. Finally found a company, and a technician(Clay) that I can trust. So very happy, guys. Thanks to everyone at Atlantic.

Overall, working with Atlantic Coast Heating & Cooling was a pleasant experience. The sales rep visited our home and shared quotes in a timely manner; and, the team installed our entire system in one day. The biggest issue we had was when the sales rep was scheduled to return to our house to ensure we were all on the same page for the installation (there was a couple month gap of coming to the home initially and installation). We agreed on a day/time and he called to let me know he would be running late. Once he arrived to our house, he was asked to wear a mask (we have a new baby) and then got into his car and left. I attempted to call/text him to understand what happened and was told I needed to find another company for installation. It is for this very unprofessional situation that I am giving this company four stars instead of five. Thankfully, I called and spoke with someone else at ACHC who was able to mend the situation quickly and professionally. Our experience was smooth sailing once the sales rep was no longer involved in the sale/installation.

Woke up to no a/c this morning, called Your office and my A/C was up and running in less than an hour. Very professional and excellent service. Mikes team will be the only ones to touch my system. 5 stars only because 10 was not an option

We have a maintenance contract with Atlantic because of the great experiences we had before we got the contract. And now that we have it we couldn't be happier with their professionalism and communication. We do not have to chase them down to perform maintenance - they call us. The arrive on time or call if they will be late. The techs are friendly and customer focused - always willing to explain to me what's going on and why. We discuss options and choose the best plan that makes the most sense, not the plan that will cost the most. It's great to have a company to trust with this stuff.
