House Call Company

This is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They gave a reminder call the day before the appointment, called an hour before the technician was to arrive. Doug arrived right on time then put shoe covers on his feet before he stepped in my door. He's extremely skilled, kind and polite. I highly recommend!

SCAM business! The most unreliable business. Dean was very nice when he had to sell me a unit that cost over $5000 brand new; every since then has been a complete different story. This guy is a pathetic SCAM, this business is a joke. The worst customer service imaginable. The New unit has needed 6 repairs!! Dean always tries to slide out of responsibility. Pathetic business needs to be shut down. The reviews on their Website are cherry picked.

Great staff! Jasmin got back to me exactly when she said she would. Dean showed up shortly after and was very friendly and explained everything. He had Patrick show up to help out replacing my water heater. They worked quickly but very meticulously throughout the job. Never tried to upsale me or pressure me into anything extra. Best experience I have had with any service company in all of Hampton Roads!

Patrick was very helpful in explaining every step of the repair to me. He came out to diagnose a leak and by the end of the day he had the problem fixed. I did not expect to get a same day repair and was delighted when he informed me that he could be done with all of the work the same day. He also gave me a courtesy call 40 minutes before he came and insured that I was at home. This is a great company with great customer service.

I have never had a bad experience with anyone who has provided service for my house repair needs. Great people to work with. Employees seem to be " family " not just an employee. All work is done in a timely manner. It's hard to find good people to work with these days. This company is the best at what they do. Love all the folks that have been to do various jobs.

He was quick, clean, and concise in his inspection, repair and communications. Having a stranger in our home who we feel comfortable with is important to us. Mr. Dean was very punctual, and very professional while he did a waterline leak inspection. He did a thorough review of the job site. He knew exactly what he was looking for, and he had the right tools for the job. I was very pleased with the findings. I would definitely recommend him, and the House Call Company.

Great experience start to finish. Making the appointment was quick and easy, and they worked with my schedule, not wantuwa me to be available for several hours. The technician (Justin) notified me whenwhe was on his way, giving me ample time to be home and waiting. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked quickly, resolving my electrical issue easily. He was very polite and more importantly honest. He didn't try to swindle me and even adjusted the price a little. I am very happy with the service and would recommend House Call Company to anybody.

House Call sent someone to our home regarding a few home inspection repairs. I was told beforehand that there would be an $89 Dispatching fee but that I would receive a quote for the work. When the day came for the appointment, the guy showed up 45 minutes early, without informing me. The technician took the list of repairs, walked through the house for about 10 minutes and the told me he needed to go back to his vehicle to contact his boss. 10-15 minutes later, he came back in the house to see about my availability the following week. He informed me that I would receive a quote at the next appointment and then I’ll make third appointment to have the work complete. For $89 I received nothing, no insight regarding the work, no quote and nothing complete. A complete waste of time.

Awesome!!! Everyone was very polite and nice!! Mr. Dean Thomason was awesome and he went above and beyond and addressed all my concerns regarding my bathtub. I called last minute near closing time and Dean arrived the same night within 30 minutes, he diagnosed the problem and eventually repair it. He did an excellent job and I will definitely call House Call for my future plumbing needs.
