    Bryant called to let me know he was on his way and when he would arrive. He was very friendly, communicative and professional. He did a great installation that was completed in a minimal amount of time. It was a great experience overall from order processing through installation.

    I would like to score House Call Company a 10 for their exemplary customer service, and repairs; because of the outstanding professionalism and customer service from Mr. Bryant Cueto. As a representative of this company Mr. Cueto came into our home, evaluated the situation with our water heater, and explained in detail the services that were needed. He returned to perform the services, and we are very pleased. It is my desire that the Home Warranty company continue to contract with this company because they had to come out to do a repair that was not performed properly by another company initially.

    Dean was very knowledgeable and straightforward. He took the time to show me pictures of the damage to my AC unit and explained how it occured. He gave me multiple options and explained the pros and cons for each one. I was able to make an informed decision. I will definitely use this company again.

    After talking to a few others companies about taking care of my damaged subfloor, House Call Company offered the best price. Dean came out after the project was started due to the damage being more than anticipated but the additional cost was still lower than the other companies. And Jaszmyn reached out by phone to schedule the project ASAP. Great company and staff. Will most likely be using this company in the future for other services and upgrades.

    Jeffrey was the service Pro who took care of our plumbing issue this afternoon. He was extremely professional and went beyond what we expected in terms of providing us not only the service we requested but additional helpful plumbing knowledge that we found to be quite helpful. His energy and positive attitude was something you don't see everyday when it comes to handyman type calls. The House Call company did a job by getting this guy on board. If we have any issues in the future, we wont hesitate to ask for Jeffrey by name. Thanks Jeff!

    Called for an AC repair on a house we had a contract on for sale. They were to let themselves in via a contractor box and let me know what needed to be done. The AC wasn't reaching the desired temp by about 10 degrees and our realtor recommended we have it fixed prior to the inspection. My credit card was charged but I never received a call letting me know what the problem was. Several calls where they answered the phone "wanting to make me smile", left me just frowning. I knew the owners name and asked to speak with him and left 3 messages for him to call me back. NO CALL from DEAN THOMASSON at all. Still after over a week, no call. Nate that answers the phone there was able to give me the info that the technician found the system working properly but the filters needed changing. Strangely, at the inspection a few days later, the inspector found water in the drip pan and that the system was not working up to speed. Not sure what we have done to deserve this kind of treatment. We used this company in the past and were satisfied with their service. Currently, very dissatisfied. I have called the credit card company to dispute the charges for coming out. Not sure they even did.

    FAST response time!! Bryant C was friendly and professional. He was very knowledgable and kept my from freaking out at my "raining" kitchen. Bryant called my home warranty company several times without complaint and helping me as much as he could. Bryant needed to get my vanity removed and instead of making me take additional time off of work he got Chester to come out immediately. Chester's work was flawless and you could tell he enjoyed his work. These professionals were at my house helping me from 11:15am-7pm. By the end of the situation I was less stressed and able to laugh about what had happened, somewhat. I do not think I could have had a better outcome to a major issue.

    My experience with the House Call Company was great. I was having issues with my valve in my shower and bathtubs. The tech that they sent out to do the work was name bryant and he was absolutely awesome. He showed up on time. He was polite and curtious. More than anything he was very knowledgeable. He made sure he explained everything he would have to so that I was aware of the process all the way through. What I appreciate the most was that he fixed the problem correctly and in a timely manner. He also made sure I was satisfied with his work before he left. He cleaned up after himself and he wore shoe covers over his shoes, so that he didnt mess up my floors and carpet. If you need any plumbing done the House Call Company is the place to call. As for their tech Bryant they should clone more workers like him. He deserve 10 stars. Thanks Bryant for a job well done.

    I needed a water line replaced from my well tank to the house and a new electrical outlet installed. Sarrah , the person writing the quote, listened to what I needed and did not try to sell me something I did not need. The company does sub-contract, so I had a sub-contractor do the plumbing work and a House Call employee, Devon, complete the electrical work. There was a slight hick-up between the time I was told the workers would arrive and the actual time they showed up, about 90 minutes late. Once the workers did arrive, they were very professional, worked quickly, and did an excellent job. I would use them again.

    We bought our system directly from House Call Company. We later joined there membership maintenance program and were told someone would call us to set up a cleaning. It has been a disaster! Once we signed on and paid our first 2 months of membership they never sent anyone out to clean our system to verify that it was running properly. When our AC acted up in 100 degree heat in July they blamed us for not setting up the cleaning and voided our membership. The office staff was extremely rude and dishonest about the membership and accused us of harassing them after no returned phone calls. To avoid having to honor their membership agreement they cancelled our contract and refused service. I do not recommend their company to anyone.
