Its always a pleasure to deal with this company and their employees, Mr. Jensen originally helped my family with our first service call when our water heater broke and it's nice that a year later he's the face that comes to do regular maintenance checks on the service he provided for us. Very thankful for the company.
Scotty Martz and his team installed my furnace, upgraded the system and also updated and installed additional ducting in my home. They were all very professional, punctional and extremely thorough with the job. The entire evolution took 12 hours and even after a very long day they ensured the job site was cleared and clean. I truly appreciate the workmanship and professionalism and will recommend Thomasson Enterprise's in the future.
I had the best experience with this company. They fix the handle in my bathroom with no problem. 2 months ago I had a different company out for the same problem they told me they couldn't fix it. Dean not only came out on a Sunday but within an hour , he had diagnosed and rectified the situation. I will use house call for all of my future issues. Brand new HVAC system was installed less than a year ago. About 11K in price. A month ago maybe 2 tops, AC was acting up. So house call came out. Said there was a Leak. So tech did his thing & fixed it. Well guess what NEW HVAC system is acting up again. Just called. Explained everything an they said I would receive a call back. I asked if it would be today an got no guarantee. Absolutely ridiculous. 2 months after they came out the system is messed up again......Waiting on that phone call.
Even though they seemed friendly, the estimate was $189/hr, and said it would take about an hour (so I’m thinking 2hrs tops), I ended up paying over $1,100!!! Instead of starting at the breaker, the one quick place which could lead to all issues in the three rooms, he went outlet by outlet and fixture by fixture...
