    Dean with House Call Company did a wonderful job! He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He fixed our problem and we were very pleased with his work! We will 100% use them in the future!

    In March 2014 our AC was freezing when it was really cold out and my husband called the House Call Company to diagnose the problem and fix it. They sent a contractor who diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate. We told them to go ahead with the repair, but they never showed up to do it. We called them a few times in the following week, but nobody showed up to do the actual repair. That left us with no other option but to hire someone else to do another diagnostic and repair.

    This company didn't really forget about us as it seemed. They claimed that we didn't authorize the repair and that we owe them a diagnostic fee of $89. The same fee we had to pay someone else because they didn't bother to do the repair. I called them multiple times to ask them to drop the fee, but they insist it's my fault for not authorizing the repair which is not true. I wonder what is stopping them from going around doing diagnostics only and then blowing off the customers if they don't feel like doing the work.

    UPDATE: After a few more phone calls, we agreed to pay half of the diagnostic fee since the contractor did come to diagnose the problem and the error was in their bookkeeping.

    Andrew serviced my home as a result of a clogged main sewer line. It was an after hours call and most would expect the serviceman to approach the task with a 'ready to get it done' attitude. Andrew approached the task as if it was his first call of the day - listening to the details of what happened, taking the time to assess the property as a whole and the issue at hand, and allowing me the time to understand the process and my options as the homeowner. It was clear that Andrew's goal was to restore water service to my home with quality, care and concern for the customer first.

    Andrew also took the time to include myself in the process explaining what was happening and why. As both a teacher and a single parent, the opportunity to learn and apply information about my home is invaluable. Despite the late hour, Andrew's work and approach were quality beyond my expectations. Ultimately the sewer line was restored as well as several other plumbing areas Andrew noticed were in need.
    A rather refreshing approach and experience! I could not be more satisfied!!!!

    Outstanding company. They saved me thousands of dollars on a commercial HVAC solution, and now they are my "Go-To" people. After multiple quotes for a large system from other vendors, they came in, offered a cheaper solution, that was far more efficient. Other "Commercial HVAC" contractors gave me the impression of being unsure of what would be needed, but Dean came in, knew exactly what was required, offered multiple solutions, and executed my choice within days. My adult son uses them also, for residential. Highly recommend them, as they are honest, professional, and serious about customer service.

    Terrible customer service!!! We submitted a request for service via the website and received a confirmation email saying someone would call us shortly to confirm and schedule an appointment. No One Ever Called. So we called them, to again, request an appointment for Monday. The lady we spoke to said they were available Wednesday and we said we were going to call around instead since this situation can't wait. She insisted that she could get a technician out here by Tuesday at the latest. Since she sounded confident that they had time for us, we agreed and we were put on a 'list' for the day and would receive a phone call approximately 30 minutes before the technician arrives. No One Ever Called. We called back to see what happened to our appointment and a different lady said that the previous person that 'helped' us didn't submit a "second ticket" and that she could set us up with an appointment an entire week later! We obviously can't wait and the only thing that she could say to us is shes sorry and could schedule an appointment for 6 days from now..... No thanks.... Obviously prospective customers are of no importance, I can't imagine how they treat you once they've gotten your money

    Bryant was an awesome technician an VERY professional. He went above and beyond what most plumbers would do on a service call. Their prices were inline with other companies that I called and the call center was friendly. I would certainly recommend and use House Call Company again.

    semi annual check up of AC and Heating. Patrick handled the job well, was courteous and competent. A follow up repair on two units went equally successful. I have been with House Call for a very long time and recommend them.

    Definitely would NOT recommend. This company was recommended by my contractor that is remodeling my kitchen. My cold water line coming off of my water heater was leaking. The first day the plumber was here for 7 hours and the leak was still present and the stores were closed so he couldn't get additional parts. The next day he was at my house for 5 hours and could not get the leak to stop. He said that he would have to cut into the drywall to see if the PVC was leaking. They couldn't get me an estimate while he was here, so the plumber left with the leak still dripping and 16 hours of vacation time spent with no resolution. I find it absolutely unacceptable that a plumber would leave the site with the leak still occurring. The estimate was sent to my email and for an additional $900, I should let the technician make a visit for the 3rd time to attempt to diagnose/fix the problem. No thank you!! I will find a reputable plumber who can get the job done right the first time! Update: A new plumber came in this evening and fixed the leak in a half hour with no need to cut into the drywall. The House Call plumber had the wrong fitting. Saved myself over $800 by going to someone else.
