    After another company cancelled my appointment for today, I was left with no heat. They quoted me for the next day which was as soon as anyone I called could get out. They had a cancellation and came day of immediately. Super nice guy, great company, would highly recommend. I've never had a boiler or radiators before, he walked my husband thru the process and helped with some other random little things. I will for sure be using them again!

    I have never contacted a plumber or anyone of the sort to assist me with home repair, but when I heard a drip in my ceiling, I called House Call Company...as I knew I couldn't DIG such a job. Dean came out within the hour, was very professional, and took the time to educate me on everything that he was doing. I felt comforted in knowing the he wanted to exhaust every possible cause before taking more drastic steps. When he discovered the cause, I was devastated but again comforted by knowing the House Call Company was there to help. I have already recommended them to my sister and mom for their issues and definitely recommend them if you are looking for a company who values your business and time.

    Terrible experience from the beginning to the end. They installed a new unit in our house 3 and 1/2 years ago. We have had nothing but problems ever since. We have had issues each year with the unit. For the first three years of problems, we were not charged for parts or labor because we were told it was under warranty (Of course, we could not verify because they never gave us our warranty documentation). After 3 years, the company is all of the sudden charging us for labor and claiming that all of the other invoices were incorrect in taking off labor. Of course we have no documentation to verify, so it seems they are charging us what they want, when they want. They have been out multiple times this year and "fixed" multiple parts and the unit still didn't work properly. They eventually determined after all of the other repairs that this less than four year old unit is dead. The technician would plan a time to meet someone at the home and on multiple visits did not show up at the right time or date. The final work order was very misleading. One of the line items was to replace the compressor. The notes indicated that the compressor was cover under a parts warranty. So it appeared that the compressor line item (nearly $1500) would be covered under warranty. After CALLING to discuss with Raymond Walsh, he EMAILED us back claiming that we understood everything prior to authorizing work. He was very rude and insinuated that we were trying to not pay for the completed work. He threatened collections...all of this before discussing our confusion with us over a phone call. There were other frustrating details...too much to write down! Rude crooks if you ask me.

    Alex B and his assistant Alan did an exceptional job, it's nice to find someone who actually go above and beyond what is expected, his customer service skills and professionalism would want any customer to use House Call Company as their first request for service. I will state as I have from past visits, employees like him are rare, and I have now seen him as a mentor and it was really nice to finally have work done in my house the proper way. These men are everything you expect: great service, friendly, exceptional, and professional. Thanks to House Call Company for having high expectations for employing people like Alex and Alan. They are great examples to represent your company.

    Dean and Phil came out immediately to service my furnace. They wore booties on their shoes to protect the carpet and each time they went outside, they took the booties off and reapplied them when coming back in. Dean and Phil were very professional and they took time to explain what was found. They made recommendations for various maintenance options and explained the purpose of each. I felt valued as a customer and will definitely call the company again for any service need I may have. The House Call Company is AWESOME!!!!!

    Matt and Jeff did an exceptional job! It's so hard finding people who actually go above and beyond what is expected, but these gentlemen did just that. Their customer service skills and professionalism would want any customer to use House Call Company again in the future.     Excellent customer service and incredibly knowledgeable. Dean Thomasson was our technician and although he was only here to do an annual service he helped both my husband and I to better understand our HVAC system. He educated us on how to get the most out of our unit while also saving a substantial amount on our electric bill.

    I can honestly say that we are more than satisfied with our experience today and once we own our own home, House Call Company will be our go to for all our future housing needs.

    Everyone who came out to my house from this company were professional and knowledgeable. Dean came out and completed the work and gave me a lesson in pipes and plumbing at the same time. He wore a mask and shoe protection. I would definitely recommend this company.

    Wonderful company! Would highly recommend! Very prompt, knowledgeable, professional and clean ( used booties and changed every time coming back inside) Did a thorough inspection, complete with pictures, and planned a course of action with options. I am very pleased that they also handle plumbing, heating and electrical issues in addition to my air conditioning problem. I already have plans to call them for a future upgrade. You won't go wrong with this company!

    The House Call company was very responsive and efficient. Dean took the time to make sure I understood what was going on with my unit and what he was going to do to fix it. He was very professional, courteous and competent. I would highly recommend the house call company for anyone's have needs.
