Tech came to fix our toilet and leaky faucets through AHS Warranty but did not have proper equipment so has to come back next day. took care of toilet and repaired one faucet next day. told us they will come back when they have time to fix other faucets. he made all our house dirty and muddy, did not wear boots cover. worst is the shower/faucet he fixed now don't dispense HOT water (this was working fine before except for minor leak). called them back to see if they can fix it, tech says he doesn't have time and office says they cant come back till Monday (3-4 days). my father (handicap) uses that shower, I requested that he cant climb stairs to go to other bathroom but they don't care. asking me to get another plumber through AHS warranty. they don't give you time window for appointments.
The repairs have not yet been effected as parts were not immediately available, and due to other considerations concerning additional improvements which will need to be done after the first of the year. However as House Call promptly followed up on my request for repairs and an estimate and were very professional doing so, and I would highly refer them to any of my friends that needed these services.
Bobby S came yesterday to correct some electrical problems we were having. Another electrician had come to hang a new chandelier for me a couple of weeks ago. I had him look at 2 ceiling fans that had both quit working on the same day. He got on a ladder, looked at them and said they were not fixable. I was so disappointed because I particularly love the one in the sunroom, and there is nothing like it on the market today. Very ornate and brass! Bobby looked at the two fans and almost immediately got the one in the FROG working. Then he spent a lot of time on the one in the sunroom and got it working like new! He made my day! He went beyond the call of duty! I think the first electrician knew it was going to be a tedious and difficult job and just didn't want to mess with it! I appreciate what Bobby S did so very much! He is an exceptional person and your company should be very proud to have him as an employee! I can't thank him enough for what he did for us!
Jeffrey M. the plumbing /heating tech who installed the tankless water heater for my house; is a thoroughly professional and knowledgeable plumbing/heating technician. He readily and completely answered all questions /concerns promptly; demonstrating and elaborating on ALL CONTROLLS / SAFETY FEATURES, pointing out instructions and checks in the owners manual. He insured that the work areas were kept clean and clear at all times and had me inspect the work areas / they were to my satisfaction before departing. His parting comment was " Sir, if you have any questions, or concerns, please contact us for a prompt response!".
We just bought a new house in the Virginia Beach area. During the walk through before the sale, one of the issues flagged to be fixed was a leaking toilet in the master bath. We were notified by the owner's realtor that the problem had been fixed and during the walk through the toilet leak seemed to be gone. Imagine our dismay when we walked into the house after the sale, began cleaning and soon discovered water POURING out through the bolt hole in the toilet, arghh! Called House Call and Jeffrey came out to check on the problem for us. He noticed the bottom edge of the toilet had been caulked (a no no) so he pulled the toilet, replaced the wax ring, and cleaned the whole area (even though this had supposedly already been done). Jeffrey was knowledgeable and very professional. His work was A1, we would definitely have him back again to fix plumbing issues in our house.
Mike Marable is always professional, courteous, and thorough. He knows what he is doing and does his job extremely well. He also explains what the problem is and how it should be fixed in very clear, understandable terms. He is awesome! I have nothing negative to say at all.
This should be a zero star rating but that isn't possible. I had Leann out to my home and that was a total joke. She is supposed to be their interior remodeling person but she knows nothing about interior remodeling. She was late, she didn't know what to measure or how to measure, she could not answer my questions and was rude to me and disrespectful of my property. She tracked mud in, set sharp items down and slid them around on my counters, touched my walls with bare hands and left finger prints. The woman needs to go back to the barn that she was apparently raised in. After all of this I called the office and spoke to Jasmine and asked if someone else could come out who actually knows what needs to be done. When the answer was no I asked to speak with someone in management which was also met with a rude and resounding no. This company is a joke, I'm sure a person who knows nothing about the industry or remodeling could be persuaded to use them and they would have a real disaster on their hands with Leann at the helm of their project. Also, when their price finally came in, they were 3x higher than the next highest estimate I got.
Instant service on a Saturday morning after a thunderstorm the night before had caused our AC start capacitor to fail. Dean was there by 8:30am and had us back online quickly. Top service!
Friendly call staff and quick bookings. Service tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Quick repairs and went over everything they had to replace instead of hiding extra work to charge more. Great company and staff, would definitely recommend.
