    After experiencing the failure of our home's water heater, we contacted our HVAC service provider, House Call Company, in Portsmouth on Monday, July 18.
    Despite the ongoing heat wave's weather demands on House Call Company's service staff, Bryant Cueto was dispatched to our house right away.
    He recommended that the best plan of action, given the water heater's age, would be to replace it rather than replacing just the failed starter device.
    We agreed to the estimate but it took several days to secure the replacement heater. On Thursday, July 21 the job was completed and we were delighted to have hot water again!
    Throughout the process, Bryant remained quite professional and kept us informed about every step of the process. We're sure that House Call Company's proud to have Bryant Cueto on their service tech staff.

    we had an appointment time of 8-9am. 9:30 came and haven't heard from anyone so I called and they said someone would be heading there now. Immediately got a phone call from Chester stating he was on his way! When Chester arrived he was very polite and got right into helping us with our leaking roof. He found the problem and went to get the supplies and fixed it. Great experience.

    Devon headed our team for a replacement of our HVAC system and did a great job. Devon and his team worked hard to get the new system installed and working perfectly. Thanks also to Dean and Ric for great information on the new system.

    The first indication was when I called the office and Prayer answered with this "How may we make you smile today."
    As a sales professional focused on customer service, I could tell right away this was the right call.
    The owner, Dean Thomasson, arrived on time to assess the problem. He diagnosed and begun the repairs immediately to the burst pipes from the deep freeze we had this week.
    He was personable and provided insight as to what I could expect.
    I was able to shower at 4 pm.
    I swept up after he left and there was hardly anything in the dust pan. He came, he went and left me smilin','.

    I've used the House Call Company since before they were known by that name and always had a good experience. My biggest issue being that I had to call them for my 'regular' seasonal maintenance.
    In Oct. 2014, I got my whole HVAC system replaced (furnace, AC unit, and ductwork). Overall it went well, but a couple of the vents did not have anywhere near the output that all of the others did. I ask about it and was told it was likely due to those vents being the last in the line and another team could come and adjust the dampers, so I let it go for a while.
    I continued to ask about it, but felt like I just got brushed off.
    Finally, Dean was the serviceman that came to do my seasonal maintenance. Right away Dean said they'd make it right. He said they have a lifetime workmanship warrantee, which I had not heard before.
    So while they've definitely not been perfect, they've always striven to make it right and they have, so that's why I give them 4 stars and continue to use them for my HVAC maintenance.
