I'm a home inspector and only refer the highest quality contractors...Atlantic's Steven Wilcher is that person. I personally buy from this company. They are one of only 3 companies I will recommend.

Always, always, always have an annual contract. A good HVAC company will check your equipment twice a year...Fall for heating and Spring for AC. If the company you presently use, doesn't use a written maintenance check list, change. If they don't remove the grill and clean out leaves, change. Etc. etc. You can trust that Atlantic will.

We were extremely satisfied with the service we received from Atlantic Coast Heating and Cooling. Our Heat Pump went out and we ended up getting 4 bids. Not only was the price extremely competitive, but the level of service was top notch. They seem to just get to the point instead of trying to sell you on fluff. The installers were professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

They are professional and cleaned up well. The drip pan was full of debris and lots of water... what a mess!

Atlantic Coast H&C technicians are truly 'dedicated and involved' on customer sites. They take the time to listen to the customer instead of just 'assuming', then proceed to do a thorough check to validate all components are working as they should. They take the time to check 'the little things' that can very quickly add up to 'big things - read: $$$". You don't have any 'unexpected surprises' - just straight forward good, bad, ugly but honest assessments. I would recommend Atlantic Coast H&C over any other 'local' shop without any hesitation.

We are extremely pleased with the team and all the services that have
been provided by Atlantic Coast Heating and Cooling. We are located across the Bay from their office, which is a substantial drive, and each time we have called they have given us an appropriate time and day that they could come over and address our issues.
They arrived at our home on time as promised and address some issues with our existing HVAC systems. They kept us informed as they proceeded with the repairs, providing us alternatives as they moved through the process and ultimately finished the work very efficiently. They are a great team and their prices are competitive with any of the companies on our side of the Bay. As usual they did a great job at a fair price. What more can you ask.

Heat pump/AC went out at our rental property. They were able to get out there give us an estimate and replace the unit in less than 48 hours! I couldn't find another company that could even give am estimate for at least a week. This was during the cold snap last week.
