The owner of the company went above and beyond for me when he did not have to. Very helpful and got my heat working again for me and my family. 3 young kids (and the wife if you want to include her) and a house with no heat is no fun. Kenny provided prompt and courteous service. He was very thorough in doing the semi-annual service and maintenance checks on two units. Kenny found and repaired an air leak on the main furnace that was impacting overall efficiency; we have already noticed an increase in the temperature that unit is providing.
