They have performed new construction install work, as well as repairs on older equipment, and tune up contracts. The Atlantic Coast technicians did a phenomenal job installing our new complete system with new ductwork. When an issue was noted (post-installation) these techs were on top of it and corrected it expeditiously. I am very satisfied with the service received from Atlantic Coast Heating & Cooling!

We purchased a 23 year old home that had the original outdoor 5 ton AC unit and gas furnace in the attic. We decided to replace both systems and received Proposals from 5 area Trane dealers. Atlantic Coast was the fastest to respond and also had the lowest price. We accepted their Proposal and they scheduled the installs for the next week. On the install date, two crews arrived, on time, and had both systems installed and tested in less than 5 hours, including a break for lunch. The company also provided a free "Quality Control" checkup a week after the installs to make sure both systems were operating at peak efficiency, which was much appreciated and the QC tech informed us that the gas furnace needed to be adjusted for optimum performance. The install crews were very courteous and professional and we highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs anyone may have.

They are the only ones I know to go to when you need fast responders, competent, courteous, friendly, honest, and trustworthy for maintenance service or need to buy a new system. They came on time and installed our replacement A/C along with the duct work. They covered the floor prior to starting work explained how we could use 2 zones. They completed the job in one day. they even made sure not to step on the flowers as they had to cross our garden with the installation of the outside unit and cleaned up after their selves. The price was lower than the other company we called, to save us a lot of money. Thanks Mike and the others, yall did a great job.

This company came highly recommended through a lifelong friend/neighbor whom I trust implicitly. They replaced HVAC systems for two people on my street, one of which hired them to work at his place of business as well. The technicians were both personable and professional. They replaced the entire system in six hours, working diligently, with most of their time spent in a very hot attic. As a female and a single parent, I am always hesitant in choosing a contractor when it comes to large repairs. Transparency and honesty are a must and, financially, I need the best price out there. These qualities, in combination, are not easy to find. Atlantic Coast Heating & Cooling delivered in every way and I feel confident using their services again as well as recommending them to others. I can’t sing the praises enough of this business! I had been without heat for 4 days and when I called they were the only company who was able to send someone out to my home within the hour. I was tired of going back and forth with my home warranty company and decided to take matters into my own hands! The technician Chris was very thorough at my and efficient in diagnosing what the problem was and stayed until my heat was back on and working properly! He explained everything to me and even suggested other areas that I should fix with my unit and wiring! I am now a customer for life!!! Mike was great. He did everything he could to get are unit working. And after it failed again, he went out of his way to get our replacement unit installed on a Sunday. Installers were fast and efficient. Fast service, fair pricing.
