I found Dr Cools on an APP called Nextdoor!

The reviews were very positive about service, professionalism and honesty!

I had a problem with my AC Unit not working properly!

They scheduled an immediate appointment for me the very next day Sunday the 2JULY!

The technicians name was Justin whom I must give credit for getting my AC Unit working again promptly!

The AC capacitor was replaced and new freon added to the system!

I cannot thank Dr Cools Heating Cooling & Electrical for helping me understand the issue with my thermostat and its failure to reach desired temp and shut off. I requested service for tomorrow 7/6. My appointment was immediately confirmed and to my surprise this morning they contracted me to see if an opening became available, if I'd be interested in that timeslot. A few hours later, they had an availability they could squeeze me in today. I cannot thank two technicians enough for their courtesy and professionalism and explaining the issue to me in terms that I understood. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again!

They were professional in the time they spent looking through our HVAC issues and recommending options for my wife and me. We contacted Dr Cools for electrical work. We wanted some outdoor lights installed in our front fascia. Dr Cools was very professional, quoted us a reasonable price and provided us with suggestions. The outcome is better than I could have imagined, we now have the ability to change the color and output of our new lights. They look beautiful!
