We are new homeowners and contacted Lowe’s/RS Andrews for a QUOTE on a new HVAC system. Just over the course of 2 days of dealing with these people I can tell they are not a good company. They called me a total of 15 times in 24 hours. Left 7 voicemails and texted twice. All to schedule an appointment. I scheduled an appointment and they still kept calling. They are just as bad as debt collectors with the incessant calling. The tech comes out and is immediately trying to sell us a new unit on top of him having an attitude problem. After reading the reviews from customers I knew I was right in thinking that I don’t want to deal with this company. It’s amazing how they are still operating after conning so many customers. I’ll definitely be looking for another company.

My HP system was purchased and installed by RS Andrews in 2018. I have always had my service agreements with them as well. I’ve always had the same technician - Kalif - and trust his service and suggestions.

I have not had problems, but believe if I do, it will be taken care of.

They will not return your calls. They installed in correctly the time and had to come back and fix it. Is taking me over 5 weeks to 6 weeks to get an inspection done. The inspection failed and I called left information and no return phone call. Bad customer service

Overall great experience. Service request through Lowes and was contacted about 20 minutes after submitting online. They were here the next day, earlier than scheduled (which was perfect) & they had a cancelation so I was able to get my water heater replaced same day! So very appreciative!
