I received a flyer for HVAC tuneup & this experience has been one (1) of the most pleasant encounters that I’ve had with a company in a while. From the first call to setup the appointment to the actual visit, RS Andrews employees have been some of the best. Dylan, the service technician, was AWESOME! He answered/addressed/explained all my questions/concerns very thoroughly & patently. A true professional, he is a definite asset to the company. I think I will be contacting RS Andrews for future home maintenance work.

They came and unwrapped things that did not need to be unwrapped on our AC unit they charged us money to just look at the unit and did nothing Upon asking for a receipt. They said they would get back to us in a day. Customer service was OK but not that great. I gave all the details when they asked about the unit and I let them know that it was an old unit and they was unprepared to service and take care of the unit. So basically I paid $109 for someone just to look at the unit for five minutes and tell me that they can’t work on it. Would I recommend this company never just buy some fans and ice and save you $100

Technician had good communication with when they would arrive. They were professional and knowledgeable about my issue. They explained what to expect when they were done with my service call in regards to parts that had to be ordered.

Thanks to RS Andrew Team, we will have a great 4th of July. The guys came to my home and showed respect and professional standards for doing business. It was a big job but they were focus and precise. This job was completed by lunch and my cookout plans for tomorrow are still on schedule.

Communication about how long it was going to take to get parts was extremely poor. Over a month to complete the repair to the heating system that was non functional in the middle of winter (January/February). Technicians skill was very good. Once the correct part arrived the repair was completed in an hour. Also seemed quite expensive. Roughly $650 for labor. Parts were covered under warranty.

The RS ANDREWS Technician-Scott is a blessing. For the past 22 years we finally met an honest, truthful, respectful and professional HVAC technician. He was with Ahmad, a trainee, who he was training and as always Scott showed his instinct of respecting the cleanliness of our house. He was verbally walking me through the checklist items of the preventive maintenance he was doing on all my units that allowed Ahmad to understand the expectations. Thank you. I scheduled an install estimate for a water heater with this company and no one ever showed up for the appointment.
Moreover, I am HIGHLY DISGUSTED in their treatment of customers. They are taking over three weeks to rectify an HVAC issue in a household with small children are not responsive to the homeowners. RS Andrews has been out several times and still no viable fix. They are giving the customers the runaround. It is over 95 degrees here and RS Andrews has left a family in a house without an adequate cooling system.
I would highly recommend exploring other companies. Not only are they the most expensive but they are also not dependable nor professional.

It’s not about the company name. It’s about the individual or individuals representing the company.I was blessed with two awesome techs that really cared and gave 100%. Thank you Scott for identifying the problem with me still being under warranty and answering all my questions. This guy really cares! Also the young man that came with you I felt like you were mentoring him and he was open to what you had to say and show . I wish I could remember his name but he was just as awesome and caring.
