My AC went out overnight and I called first thing in the morning and within 2 hours Shane came out to help! He was incredibly nice and knowledgeable and was able to quickly fix my AC!

Had the worst experience for a quote. The technician that I had this morning was very nasty and rude. He began to point out all flaws that I was trying to hire for. Technician mentioned having a certain credit score to me, also kept asking me was I certain that I could pay for the service. Technician even went as far as asking me, have I received a quote before? I told him yes and told him the price and he called me a lie. The tech was talking down to me. I am not sure if it was because I was a African American female. I told the technician that my husband and I are not a struggling family that we are aware of prices. Technician began to go back and forth with me to the point I asked him to leave. He mumbled disrespectful things under his breath as he was walking down my stairway to get his papers. By far the rudest thing I have ever encountered. I called the office, the office was very nice and apologetic. The technician remained parked in my front yard taking photos of my home and surroundings. My house have video and audio throughout home. Never been racially profiled to this extent until today.

Hot water heater leaked all over our garage. Called late in the afternoon and they had someone still come by before 6p to do an estimate. Got me one the list first thing in the morning and told 8-11a. They arrived at 8:05. Had everything replaced in under 2 hours. A bad experience turned very well. They will be my first call in the future.

They came on time. The water heater was replaced quickly. However, the repair man failed to put the drip pan in which is required for water heaters. He also reused old piping from the previous unit. I paid way too much money for anything to be old on this new unit. He also left material from the old and new unit on the floor. Not very much attention to detail. I fear this unit will have issues in the future.

I have had a few "minor" problems with RS Andrews over the years but I'm also very pleased with their work. In my opinion, one of the best technicians they have is Scott Gaither. RS Andrews installed a new HVAC system for me back in 2017. That system has been virtually maintenance free. I highly recommend their maintenance plan and seasonal heat and A/C Precision Tune-ups (PTUs).

Called for our 2 units to be serviced as our usual service people had moved .the tec came out and did not clean or service anything. All he talked about was mold and bacteria. I asked if he would clean the coils but couldn't as you can not put fluid in there . The second unit he said was low on freon and the condenser was failing. Could last a week to 2 weeks. Said freon 22 not available for the last ten years. Need to replace unit $11500 with discount
Called several ac people for quotes . Millers came today . Not low on freon, compressor not failing . Capacitor reading 33 instead of 35 so should be replaced before too long. A proper service and repair and should get a couple more years from unit .
There is no lower standards than one star unfortunately
