Gilman Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

I have used Gilman plumbing, heating and air conditioning on many homes from 2000. I’ve been very satisfied and will use them again. I’m a building contractor who owns houses. The installers were professional and in my opinion, should receive a small portion of the profit, for you are only as good as the people who represent you.

I can not say enough about Gilmans plumbing. I had a shower tub faucet that went bad and would not shut off. Quick same day service and decent pricing. No mess left behind and professional service.

I recommend Gilman. Yesterday, Troy the service tech, was early for our appointment and waited for me to arrive. He was professional, patient with me, and very thorough. They have helped me in the past and will be who I call for future needs. I normally do not publish reviews, but want to express my particular appreciation for this business and their staff. We called Gilman due to the pilot light on our water heater going out, and we were unable to get it lit. (We did call 2 other companies first that we'd dealt with before - 1 said they could come today or Friday - tomorrow is Thanksgiving - and the other still hasn't called back....). Our neighbor recently had service from Gilman and was very pleased. Chris (and his trainee) arrived on time, were very friendly, and quickly figured out what the problem was and got the pilot lit. Thanksgiving will no longer be a disaster this year - our out-of-town guests will appreciate hot showers!!

Tech Was on scene in less than 30 minutes after my initial call on a holiday weekend even. He diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. Unfortunately they will need to order the part and the supplier is closed until after the holiday. Hopefully the repairs can be completed shortly there after!

Great service! Troy H. did our annual inspection and was very easy to work with. He followed safety protocols with mask and boots which is great right now, didn't have to ask him. We have been very pleased with Gilman since they installed our system a few years back. As we are going to have to replace our downstairs system soon, will use Gilman again.
