Matthew was terrific. He arrived on time with a knowledge of my heating cooling system issue. Matthew quickly diagnosed the problem and explained my options for repairs. Very professional. I do think that $555 is expensive for a service call to recharge my mini-split with R410a refrigerant.

Rodney arrived on schedule and began by answering my question concerning my thermostat. Then proceeded to promptly check out and test each heating and air conditioning unit. He was very polite, friendly and obviously knowledgeable. His attention to each detail was most impressive. Howell's is fortunate to have Rodney on their staff of technicians.

Had my system tune up this morning. The Tech (Ryan) was here on time and explained everything he was going to check in detail. Ryan was very knowledgeable and also very personable. My system is 16 years old and he informed me about the maintenance program that the company offers. It was a pleasure having him tune up our HVAC.

Had small gas leak in heating system. Howell's responded on site within about 90 minutes from my call. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it safely within 30 minutes of arrival for a very reasonable fee. Our technician even wore booties to protect our floor. I was very impressed with our first experience with Howell's!

Fantastic experience. I’d highly recommend their “comfort care” maintenance plan and services to anyone looking for great service and attention to detail. The technician(s); Jon Bennett and Joshua Seidlitz, quickly assessed and identified the two issues with our two units: replaced EZ trap for 2nd floor system and replaced capacitor for 1st floor outdoor unit. All accomplished in one visit. 5 Stars + service experience.
