I was very impressed with the professionalism of the Blazer team. The gentleman that provided the estimate (John Orr) and the install crew (Joe and team) were all extremely professional and set the bar for professionalism of an HVAC team, they really exceeded my expectations. Being former military (USMC), professionalism goes a long way for me, and Blazer DID NOT disappoint!

Competitive Pricing:
I went with Blazer for a mini-split installation in my finished apartment style upstairs attic space. I received two other quotes from companies in the Richmond area and Blazer came in much lower, while using the same exact equipment (Mitsubishi wall mount unit). The install team were in and out in less than a day, they worked hard to get the job done and I am VERY happy I went with Blazer, they did not disappoint.

Best service I've ever had. I was using another company for many years but, after being treated so well by Blazer I saw what I was missing. The whole experience was great! From the office folks to Todd who serviced the units, it was hands down the best service. They did so much more and were so personable. I highly recommend Blazer to anyone that wants top of the line customer service and knowledgeable people.

I have been using Blazer for my HVAC service for a few years now and am thrilled they have added plumbing service! I got into a jam this weekend and had to turn my water off. Left a message last night and received a call first thing this morning. Great service! They are also so involved with the Atlee community that I can’t imagine using anyone else.

Service tech was right on the early end of the time window and he brought his tools in and went right to work. Lee is a total pro who tells you what is working as it should and what needs repair without any of the usual upsell jive. My heat pump needed a capacitor and he got one from his van and changed it quickly. The service is prompt and professional and I would give more stars if I could.

Today I had my geothermal unit clean. Jonathan did a fantastic job cleaning all 4 units. Blazer is the best company for your heating and cooling issuesy. Jonathan is the only person that I let work on my unit. Also the office staff is so nice and pleasant to talk to when I need service. Blazer gets a A+ .

Very prompt and friendly customer service. Technician (Matt) arrived early on each visit. Matt pretty much spoke HVAC as his first language. He knew the system inside and out and was able to fully explain the repair he was conducting +other items i had questions about. The experience was fantastic! You can tell the tech isn't rushed and genuinely cares about the work and the customer. I will be utilizing this company again for any other repairs I might need, and would strongly recommend them to anyone I know.
