Todd was a fantastic service rep. He balances excellent professionalism with being laid back and able to explain every aspect of the service check in terms I understand. I would 100% recommend Blazer for your HVAC services!

Todd did a fantastic job. Showed up right when both he and the office said he would. Went right to work figuring out why our heat cut off. Determined the issue, fixed it, reset the system and all was good. Heat came right back on. Afterwards spent some time explaining what caused the issue. Didn’t push anything but mentioned that since it is an older system we’ll have to keep an eye on whether the issue comes back. Very happy with the service and the friendliness of Tammy in the office and Todd. Will be calling them again when need HVAC service.

Today I contacted Blazer Heating, Air & plumbing today for an emergency busted water pipe. I had called 5 other companies and none of them could show up the same day. Morgan showed up the same day and gave me a quote for my insurance company. They went the extra mile for my family and I. I will be using them for all of my Heating, Air and plumbing issues.

We just switched to Blazer after Short Pump HVAC was acquired by a NOVA group. Blazer has been on time, professional, thorough and fair. We hope to use their services for years to come.

The technician, Edgar was very professional. He was personable and friendly. He was informative about other products and services we might be interested in. They are a good company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

One of my two outdoor compressors began accumulating ice on the coils. I called Blazer and they immediately dispatched a technician Joseph Bowman. He arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and professional. He took time to explain to me what was wrong with the system and his steps to repair it. He was excellent, and we signed up for their annual maintenance plan.
