This was my first experience with Blazer after trying a different company a couple years ago and I would absolutely recommend them. The tech was communicative and friendly, on time, worked quickly, explained the problem, and kept me from having to replace parts.
They were able to come the next day, the technician Todd Newcomb arrived early for the time slot and was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He resolved the issue and was helpful in giving a detailed explanation of what was happening. Couldn't be happier with the service provided.
Tammy was extremely patient, helpful & understanding with concerns I had when I discovered that the contractor who installed my HVAC system less than two years ago had gone out of business. I felt that my system wasn’t performing properly and I needed a diagnostic visit. Tammy set up an appointment with a tech for the next morning and Jon arrived on time and listened to my concerns attentively and so he set about checking things out and it was discovered that a refrigerant leak seemed to be the culprit. He set things right and let me know that they would jump back in to remedy any situation that could develop. I was of course disappointed that my previous contractor had left me in a lurch without being around to honor his warranty. I do feel confident that I picked the right contractor this time. They’re personable, professional and I know they’ll make sure I stay comfortable with the onset of Winter.
Update: 06.22.23 Matt came to perform scheduled maintenance today. Good communication by Blazer & Matt beforehand. Matt set about his work straight away and checked out my system from top to bottom. Everything is running smoothly, just as it had been after their last visit. Matt was personable & professional. I am still completely happy with my decision to turn to Blazer, and I recommend them with no reservations.
I sent a message via the website that I wanted to set up an inspection and cleaning of my HVAC system. Within an hour, a human called me to schedule an appointment. Even though I did not have any emergency, they were able to offer me a next day appointment. The service tech, Lee, sent a text AND called (as I requested) when he was on his way. He was on time, friendly and efficient. I appreciated his honesty and professional opinions on what to do to keep our system running at its best. In less than a 48 hour span of time, my issues were well taken care of! I couldn't be happier with all aspects of service that we've experienced from Blazer!
***May 2023 UPDATE: I called to schedule emergency service for an active leak in the wall of my home. After explaining the situation, I was given an “emergency” appointment 48 hours later. I reached out shortly after scheduling via the chat feature of the website and was told that I was already given the first available spot for an “emergency.” Only after calling back to cancel the previously scheduled appointment was I told that they could get someone out the same day, but by that time, another company was already at my house working on a fix. This was not expected after my great experience with the HVAC team at Blazer.
Today we had Matt Covel, Blazer Heating and Air, respond regarding an error message on our thermostat, indicating a possible bigger issue. He was incredible! He arrived and went to straight to work! Trouble shooting and getting to the issue. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best outcome, explained the work he did, why and what we should and could expect. He was professional, knowledgeable in every area and showed extreme patience with all my questions. He is an amazing example of the caliber of people at Blazer.

Matt arrived on time & worked diligently to repair my two old furnace pumps. I was impressed that he ordered an extra pump to replace one of the new ones because there was an issue with a small leak - he was not willing to settle for it being almost perfect. I appreciate that dedication to the job and to the customer! I will continue to recommend Blazer to family and friends!

Mr. Orr took both homeowners through the cleaning, maintenance, and servicing processes that serve to keep your equipment running smoothly. In addition to his wealth of knowledge, he went above and beyond to ensure that issues like mold within the ductwork were addressed with a plan of action. Mr. Orr and Blazer Heating, Air, and Plumbing are HIGHLY recommended.
Also, as an unexpected bonus, they gave all of our kids a stuffed Blazer Bear.
We’ve used blazer for our heating and cooling needs and they’ve always been great to work with. They are very responsive and the tech’s have been very professional and great to work with. They’ve worked with us to provide the best solutions for our older home and pre-existing equipment while taking into account what makes most economical sense without trying to selling us everything under the sun. I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs!
