My most recent experience held up to the initial experience.

I saw NO difference between the new cold call customer (which was handled as if we were long term existing clients) and folks that are already clients.

I am trying (maybe failing) to say - newer or existing customers- you get the same level of service.

The service manager called and scheduled an audit after our new system install. All was perfect, from our perspective, but Mike found a couple things that were not up to their standards. The attention to detail is second to nothing.

My outside unit was moved to a different place, evidence was left at the old location. Not anymore, after the “audit” by Mike. You would never know that our unit was in the prior place.

Excellent customer service - via phone and in person. Every single level of service has exceeded my expectations.

Blazer is everything you want in an HVAC and plumbing service company. I have had both services and can speak highly of their professionalism, knowledge and customer service. Morgan and Matthew fixed the problems I had and both Tammy and Nicky were wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend this company!

Appointment was easy to make, and the customer service was great. I didn’t have to wait a week for an appointment, it was basically next day (minus the weekend). Edgar was on time, informative and polite. I’d highly recommend using blazer heating and air.

Todd showed up even earlier than expected, but with a phone call first to ensure it was okay. Very helpful, courteous, and thorough. We very much like how the company sends a picture of the technician that is on their way. Overall, great service and Todd was an outstanding technician.
