It is rare to find a company that lives up to every promise they make. And they are honest with you about your HVAC system about what will work and what won't, and will provide the best solution possible. Lee, my service tech, has been maintaining my HVAC system. He is familiar with my system now and is a great help to me in keeping it in top shape. Recently, after that very bad cold snap in December, my thermostat got hit with a brown-out surge. He was able to be sure that was what happened before just selling me a new part. He went over every step of it and showed me what steps he took be make sure it wasn't just a loose wire or anything not firing correctly elsewhere. All roads led to a bad thermostat. He had one on the truck and viola! Works great and Lee took the time to place the new thermostat with a back plate which looks much better on my wall. Cannot recommend Blazer enough, truly!

New to the area and after this visit I know I made the best choice picking Blazer heat and Air. After checking everything he explained about our system and the different usages available with the thermostat. Thank you Todd for explaining so we completely understand. Great experience.

We bought a new house and they came out to look at it, fixed what was wrong, and are coming back to complete a larger job. It seems a little expensive, but I haven’t owned a house in over 12 years.

I almost had lost complete faith in Blazer, as I learned on the phone that they automate their quotes via software that takes a national average of pricing. They have no idea how to break down parts vs labor. However, Matt C. came to the house to repair something and also repaired my confidence in the company in general. He did really good work and should be commended.

Besides six month, check up, Edgar installed surge, protectors, and safety switches. The work was done promptly safely into code in specifications. Thanks to Edgar and Blazer Heating And Air for taking care of this as they have done for many years.

Blazer was very friendly and professional when I made the appointment. They showed up on time, were prompt and professional, and serviced the system for the winter, noting they would be back in 6 months for the next seasonal tune-up. I can always count on timely and professional service from Blazer! I used this company for 15 years and they never disappointed me! Technicians are friendly and professional, careful around home and outdoor plants, they are knowledgeable and give a good advice. Blazer installed HVAC systems in my old house and the one I live in now and they have saved me a bunch of money over the years by recommending efficient systems. The installations went without a glitch. They also perform twice a year checkups and I have never been disappointed.
