Blazer came to our office to see how we could improve the existing system. There were not enough vents in some places and some vents weren’t working. Everyone who was part of the process- scheduling, the tech and cost estimating - was wonderful! The tech wasn’t there long but diagnosed and gave good advice. The estimate was very reasonable. I realized at 5:00 AM that my AC was not working. I left a message at Blazer for service and received a call back as soon as they opened. By 3:30 that afternoon, Matt arrived, diagnosed the problem and repaired my unit. I was pleased with the professional and prompt service, and signed up for a service contract with them.

Todd came back to do a six month check up on my HVAC system and was punctual.
