We called the after hours service because our AC unit was not working. Coming into the Fourth of July holiday weekend, We were concerned that we wouldn’t be able to get an appointment on a hot Friday afternoon. Amber was very accommodating and was able to get us scheduled. Troy came out and he was wonderful. He took time to analyze and diagnose the problem with our very old air-conditioning unit. He explained everything so we understood how it worked and what exactly needed to be fixed.
The entire staff at Gilman has always been professional and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation! Thank you Troy for such great service on this upcoming hot Fourth of July weekend!!!!

Excellent service! Brad has provided service at our house before. Once again, he was very courteous, professional and informative. He took the time to carefully explain the problem and the best options on the repair. Brad is an excellent ambassador for Gilman, and he is among the reasons Gilman is our option for plumbing and HVAC services.

Today I had a leak in the plumbing under my kitchen sink. The service technicians were quick to locate the issue and to repair. They were so polite.

Steven and his understudy were excellent. They performed some simple diagnostics to narrow down the cause of my hot water heater issue and were thorough in checking to be sure the repair worked as expected. Two days out from the repair, my situation seems to have been resolved. I appreciate them being open, honest and knowledgeable. They were great to work with.

We had a main pipe break from our master bathroom. These guys came out right away, assessed the issue, and even recommended a service for the clean up. The referral also turned out to be amazing.

Once the clean up was complete. Gilman came back out right away to fix the issue and all is well. Fast, no stress, honest and just overall great guys.

I have used Gilman's for years and have never been disappointed. The men who come out are always polite, respectful, and careful to explain what is going on and what my options are. I cannot say enough how much I recommend them for whatever service you may need.

We have used Blake with Gilman twice now and he, along with Gilman, are the definition of quality, exemplary customer and repair service. Blake repaired our unit last year when 4 other companies tried to sell us a new unit. One year later and our unit is working perfectly as Blake arrived for a routine diagnostic. We can’t recommend him and the company enough!

Josh was very quick to respond when our AC went out on a 90+ degree day. New motor installed in a timely manner and very professional.
