Garrett is a superstar! He was very detailed in his communication and in assessing the issues with my air conditioning unit. He honestly saved the day by helping me get things back up and running on very short notice and by alerting me to a safety consideration that he remedied for me in real time. On top of his expertise, Garrett was also so kind and courteous throughout. Highly recommend this company and really appreciate the time that he spent to help me understand what was going on with my unit. Also a huge shout out to the customer service rep, Stephen, who showed great empathy and really changed my outlook from gloomy to optimistic. Thank you for letting me feel heard, Stephen! Garrett Chandler arrived and very efficiently determined the issue and was able to make the repairs immediately. I have a water leak under the kitchen sink and I called the company. Wyatt Bella came over and I am very satisfied with his work. Unfortunately, this leak requires a replacement of my disposal and I worried it will be long and costly. To my surprise, Wyatt said he could get it replaced right away, instead of asking us to wait for days. He was very professional, and finished the entire work very efficiently. Just from our casual chat, I can see that he has a good understanding of the business operations, he also recommended other products and services of the company. That is very strong leadership skills.

Highly recommend! I’ve been a customer for two years now for heating and air and this was my first plumbing inspection. The company has hired highly qualified and professional employees who take the time to explain how the utilities work. FH Furr’s Christopher Stephens did a terrific job installing my new water heater. He found a unit that better fit the small available space, added materials to mitigate any leaks that might occur in the future, better routed the necessary piping and cleaned up the entire space. Christopher worked diligently, explained the process and entertained all of my questions. I recommend FH Furr and Christopher for your similar projects.

Kerry Whittaker and Luke did a heating and A/C Install on 5/4/23. They were very prompt and went right to work removing the old units and installing the new. They were very professional and efficient. Both of them were able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Before leaving they reviewed everything about our new equipment and how our new thermostat worked. This was the most positive experience in all the work we have done in our home, ever.
