Judy Schibner was the best. She was very knowledgeable and through. She has good problem solving skills. She has worked on my hot water boiler before and did a great job.

I am very impressed with the FH Furr technician, Judy Schibner who serviced our mini split system today. She quickly diagnosed the problems and handled them in a professional manner. I particularly appreciated the fact that she provided explanations that were easy to understand.

Jacob Roper came in to check our HVAC system and we did a great job triaging the issue and explaining to us what was going on and what our best options were to fix the issue and have the best comfort at our home.

Garrett (our technician) was extremely knowledgeable to the point that upon explaining our symptoms he had diagnosed the "likely" problem and was 100% correct. Very professional and patient despite it being 9pm at night. Way to Garrett!!!!

Arthur Harrell did an excellent job and was very polite and did a great job working on the electrical fireplace that has not worked for two years.

Matthew Armstrong did an excellent job of locating issues that needed addressing. He then spent time fixing all of these issues perfectly! Very happy customer here!

Inspection was efficient. Found a few items not in code compliance so they were fixed and because Jacob had outdoor electric outlet on his truck we had this installed. Thanks.
