F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating Air Conditioning & Electrical

We had a fantastic experience today with F.H. Furr! The technician they sent out, Scott Marcuson, was both highly professional and friendly. He explained, in plain language, all the work which needed to be done to keep our HVAC system running more efficiently. He repaired multiple parts, swapped out the thermostat batteries, cleaned out some vents and the AC unit outside. After he left with the system being off for some time the house cooled to 69 degrees very quickly.

We're also very excited to see our indoor air quality improve as we have kids with some asthma and allergies and usually when the system first runs in the summer there's lots of sneezing and coughing. We're really hoping to avoid that next summer and when we get a dog it'll only make it rougher.

My first encounter was with Matt Seay and I was more than impressed with his expertise therefore I scheduled an HVAC replacement. Kerry Whittaker and Jordan Wilton came to do the install and it was seamless. I was extremely satisfied with the process. Ben and Chase did my Duct cleaning and also tackled the dryer vent. Christopher Beasley and Jordan Wilton had to come and rescue me, but what an incredible group of people this company employs. Each and every one of them deserve mention because they are hard working professionals that feed off of each other. I am happy and feel privileged to have made their acquaintance. Even the ladies who answer the telephones are nice. This one is a keeper.

Jeremy Worble was great. So happy to have found a plumber that I trust. He explained the issue and repair . He even shared tips for preventative maintenance. Very professional. My whole experience was great from making the appointment to getting frequent updates from dispatch. Highly recommend.

Today Scott Marcus on installed an EnviroAire Single Lamp UV air purifying system in my home. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciate how he explained everything to me so that I would understand how the system works. He did a great job and I would recommend his work to anyone.

Christopher was a very outgoing person. He provided his professional insight and best practices. He shared family stories I can relate, so I enjoyed that. You did well Mr. Stephens.

Joshua Hastings was great!! He explained what needed to be done & answered all my questions regarding the HVAC repair. He was very personable, knowledgeable & hardworking.

F. H. Furr was great to work with after dealing with some of their competitors in the area. Judy was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient at getting my AC restored. I'm glad to be able to rely on techs like her for the future of my HVAC system.
My AC was serviced the day after I called, the issue was well explained, and the cost seemed very reasonable.
They've offered me great service and an impressively competitive maintenance plan with no hidden fees or attempts to sell me unnecessary repairs to my system.
