Christopher Young and his team arrived promptly to start work and kept me informed throughout the day of their progress. It was a large installation and a tight work space under the house, but they plugged along. They had all the tools, people and equipment to complete the job that day. They also cleared away all the debris; old equipment before they left.

He was too. He arrived when he said he would and finished his work with the kind of precision anyone could ask for. I trust him and I trust his work. He is a good reflection on his company and talks highly about how his company treats him and his colleagues.

The drain in our kitchen sink backed up at 6PM on the Friday of a holiday weekend. I soon found out that most plumbing companies don’t send out emergency plumbers unless you already have an account with them but F.H. Furr was happy to help! Wes was at our house within 30 minutes. Realizing the job was more complicated than a simple clog, Wes offered to return first thing the next morning (a Saturday and his day off!) to replace some dated piping and complete the job. A genuine act of kindness that my family and I will never forget. Thank you so much Wes!

Jacob Murphy was professional and provided great service. He was able to answer questions I had about my hot water heater and even went back up to my attic to get the purchase date I wanted. He was on time and responsive to all my questions. Highly recommend.

Scott was great Prompt, personable, and knowledgeable. My mini split had a refrigerant leak and a sensor malfunction. Scott was able to identify and explain each problem to me, so I clearly understood what needed repair and why he quoted each repair the way he did. In the end he fixed the split and left me with a much better understanding of how it works and how I could personally address common issues by myself in the future. Excellent work.

F.H. Furr is prolly a great company to work for. However I was not happy with certain staff in communicating through email and phone. I ended up calling a competitor who answered me within 2 hours and scheduled for half price and being an emergency caller took me in with 15 hours. Tevin Lewis the technician was very polite, respectful and a professional. I do believe he needs to look at things a little more carefully. But his work habits and explaining what hes doing and what should be done was very detailed and clear on everything.

Tim Robinson performed our HVAC inspection today and he is an impressive young man. He shared his findings and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We may not have liked all of the results of his inspection, but we now have the information we need to make an informed repair/replace decision.
