It was our pleasure to have Chris Edwards in our home today for our semiannual hvac maintenance. He was very thorough, took photos, & told us what was needed to make our unit more efficient (a different filter). We highly recommend his work - he’s top notch!

Had a great experience. Benjamin was on time, immediately helped identify a plumbing issue during a full house inspection and I appreciate the honesty regarding items that should be addressed now vs a future visit. Repair completed immediately and will definitely use them again in the future.

My mother in law was having issues with her HVAC. We called F.H. Furr in Richmond Plumbing, Heating & Air to come out. We had an amazing technician Arthur Harrell. He was so nice and efficient. He not only helped with the thermostat issues but also helped fix the rattling noise the air condition was making. Turns out it was just some loose bolts. He was very helpful and made sure he checked everything!! He tested the air and heat to make sure it was blowing correctly. I would definitely recommend this company and Arthur Harrell the wonderful technician we had.

Justin was on time, professional, courteous, and well knowledgeable. I was very happy with my service and he knew my system better than anyone else that has serviced it in the past. Highly recommend- ask for Justin!

Gary Bodsford was fantastic. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. He did our plumbing inspection and gave us suggestions of improvements that we could possibly make. I recommend him and company highly.

Scott Marcuson took care of all items that needed addressing and is an excellent tech. He has superior product knowledge about my current HVAC system.

Called Tuesday to schedule having our propane tank moved and Cathy was able to set it up for Friday. Al showed up on time and was professional and friendly. He got the job done well. Both provided exceptional customer service. Thanks.

Gary Bodsford is a great master plumber that does quality work. While at Short Pump Heating and Air, Gary responded to an emergency weekend call and installed our gas hot water heater while my wife was actually just starting labor (great time for our other unit to fail) and we haven’t run out of hot water or had any problems with the unit nor installation since. 5 years later he arrived to perform our plumbing inspection under the new company name F.H. Furr and he remembered us immediately, remembered that day and it’s clear that he’s still delivering on Short Pump Heating and Air’s high standard of quality and care. Even told me today after having a careful look during inspection that whomever installed our hot water heater must’ve done a really great job :). Our plumbing inspection was thorough, Gary explained in detail and offered comprehensive solutions. So long as FH Furr keeps such top-notch employees and staff around and keeps them happy (SPHA’s greatest strength in my opinion) we’ll continue to use FH Furr for all our heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical needs.

The emergency service technician, Benjamin Slayton, that came to our house for an emergency water heater repair was fantastic. He came out on a Sunday evening from a long distance to take care of our issue. He identified the problem immediately and made the repair in a very short time. He saved our day!
