New HVAC was installed, but did not work until a 5th person came to solve the problem. This 5th person, Mr. Everett Williamson, did an excellent job. He came back at least 3 different evenings after 4 pm, when it was convenient for us, to make sure that everything, including the Furnace, was up and running. He spotted the connection problems and sorted them out by looking for different cords that would work. I really appreciate his technical know how, ability and conscientiousness. I also appreciate Ms. Jennie's wonderful scheduling and communication as we co-ordinated repair times.
I would give both of them a 5-star rating (5 out of 5).

Jacob was great. Polite, professional, engaging. He was really invested in my projects. He spent several hours and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend Jacob as an electrician.

Landon Smith was prompy and knowledgeable about the installation of our entire HVAC system. They protected our belongings and floors with his assistant helping out. We're very pleased with the service.

Extremely pleased with the service we received during our first interaction with F.H. Furr/HVAC this week in Richmond, VA. Our technician, Mark Llantero, was on-time, very knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained exactly what was wrong, fixed it quickly, even showed us photos and explained the problem — plus he gave us some good ideas and recommendations for the future care of our system.
