Lee performed my repair service today and was great. I have been very pleased with the customer service I have received with Blazer Heating and Air. When I first called, my heat was not working and they came the same day. I was shown pictures of the issue. Once I let them know to proceed with the repair on a Friday afternoon, Tammy called me to let me know she ordered the parts and scheduled a time for repair. This was a great surprise because that late on a Friday, I expected to not hear anything until Monday. At the repair time today, Lee was great at answering my questions, doing the repair and then performing maintenance on my systems. I highly recommend this company and intend to stick with them for yearly maintenance.

Caleb was a wonderful technician who quickly identified the issue we were having, and moved mountains to get our part and our hot water back on the next day. Super friendly, professional and kind, couldn’t more highly recommend!

Jon Orr the service technician came out and did a routine maintenance job on all three units both outside and inside the house. We were notified the day before as well as an hour before he arrived. He arrived early to the appointment and was very well mannered and courtesy. He took the time to explain his findings and any concerns he had with the units moving forward. He also installed an air scrubber on the second floor unit and explained the benefits of this system. We were overly impressed with Blazer Heating and Air and highly recommend their services to anyone. Especially if you have Jon Orr as your service tech. He is awesome at his job and will help the customer fully understand their HVAC system. Thanks Blazer!!!

Our builders HVAC sub that installed the system couldn’t figure out why our heat kept turning off on cold nights. They came out several times for over 2 years! Blazer came out and figured out the issue in 10 minutes. Best money I’ve ever spent!!

Matt was efficient, yet thorough with his diagnosis of our furnace problem. He didn’t try to fleece us with an unneeded repair. Blazer's HVAC techs are the best Trane hvac system service and maintenance guys in greater central Virginia, by far. And the annual price of Blazer's twice a year service plan is surprisingly affordable. They even prescheduled their next (six months out) service call at the end of the job. Brilliant!

The technician Edgar Hernandez went above and beyond service during a routine maintenance call. He performed all the necessary inspections of my HVAC system then thoroughly explained the options for repairs of faulty equipment. He even offered to check the lightbulb in my overhead microwave. Edgar was courteous and professional the entire time. I have used Blazier for over fifteen years and am very pleased with their services.

Matt serviced both systems. He analyzed an ongoing issue with the outdoor air handler and discovered the problem. I am so appreciative of his dedication and perseverance to solve this problem. 5 stars!!
