Bradley was very informative and looked over several things that I had questions about. He helped put my mind at ease and gave me some suggestions on ways to better maintain our house overall.

Mark showed up on time as expected and did an amazing job. Diagnosed and fixed the issue in a timely manner. Mark answered all my questions and took care of anything to make our ac unit perform efficiently. He also cleaned up after himself and made sure everything looked tidy. I highly recommend Howell’s and personally ask for Mark! He’s the best and you will not regret your choice! A+++

Good communication: Howell's contacted me early to let me know the tech's prior assignment was running over, and rescheduled ours for later in the afternoon. Then, when he was ready earlier, they contacted me to confirm we were available.

Aaron arrived promptly, asked a few key questions, and began his assignment. He was pleasant, polite, and had a professional manner. He conducted the a/c system review efficiently.

We have been a customer for years and appreciate the level of professional service and quality work. We maintain an annual Maintenance plan and, if there is a repair needed, we always feel they work in our best interest and objectively present what needs to be done and present the most practical way to address it.

Aaron was very professional. He drove an hour out to our house and didn't even charge. He found our problem was an easy fix and was honest about it! Thank you for your time and thank you for making our experience a great one!

We have an annual maintenance contract with Howell’s and have been happy with them generally. Our AC conked out today and can’t get reach them. Pressing “3” on their phone tree (for service) leads to a hang up. I called back and pressed for “emergency” service and it led to a voicemail with a full box - no way to leave a message.

Don’t know how else to reach them so perhaps this review will get attention. As a maintenance client I expect to at least be able to reach someone. Not looking forward to a hot weekend with no AC.
