I've been with Howell's for over 15 years - they are the best!
I've had service calls on both my heating and AC.
They replaced my furnace quickly and it a reasonable price and have serviced my AC numerous times (the unit was installed in 1991).
There is never any pressure for a new unit and every technician that has come out is friendly, professional and communicative.

Mark was as informative and professional as anyone would desire. After talking with me in depth about my new thermostat, he performed the six month maintenance check, and discussed with me what he had done. Howell’s has served us at an exemplary level for years and always takes care of our needs in a timely manner.

Howell's has been our HVAC specialist for at least 30 years. Their technicians have always been knowledgeable, courteous & prompt, & we highly recommend them. Mark Vella, in particular, has done a wonderful job maintaining our system & our neighbor's.

Our tech today was Ryan. He arrived on time, thoroughly checked our system, was efficient, friendly, courteous, answered our questions giving us options for our aging unit.

Howell has many wonderful employees......especially Sarah as she answers the phone and makes your appointments. She is so kind and very pleasant. Then there is JOHN - a technician. My ac stopped working last night and my brother-in-law suggested I call Howell’s and I am so glad I did! I called around 8:30 this morning and they had a gentleman here by 10 and he had the system working by 10:30! He explained what was wrong and discussed costs with me and I appreciated that he went above and beyond previous technicians - wrapping wires that had been left exposed to UV light improperly - and even programming my thermostat for me. I didn’t even know it had those capabilities! I truly appreciate Howell’s service today. Thank you!
