Mark did a great job! He was very knowledgeable and made quick work of correcting my duct issues.

I like the service because the customer is sent a picture of the technician who will be coming to your home and the business will give a courtesy call if the technician is going to be late. Our heat was only running auxiliary heat but not keeping our house warm with the recent freezing temperatures. Mark was here within an hour of calling the day after Christmas and stayed until he found the problem... a loose wire! We are warm now. Thanks so much!!

Howell’s came highly recommended and they didn’t disappoint. C.L. Was professional, extremely knowledgeable, helped me adjust my thermostat settings to get my desired results and throughly checked my entire system. He recommended some additional repair/maintenance items but at no point tried to “sell” me on anything. Just provided the information, it’s benefits and the cost. CL was running a little behind schedule today but I was called with plenty of notice.

Called them to take a look at why we lost power on our heating system. Matt showed up. Very professional and polite. Identified the issue straight away and fixed it. Great service and reasonable price.
