Got out to us quickly, tech (Ryan, I think?) was super nice and got everything sorted out, even gave me a little lesson so I can do some things myself!

Howell’s is very responsive, love the text message with ETA of service tech including their name and picture. Tech was very professional, informative and knowledgeable. Took care of business and let us know about everything he was going to do and put in a request for us to meet with sales to get a quote for a new system after we requested that.

Tony and Ryan came on time and got right to it! I was home with my kiddos and felt completely at ease with them in and out of my home. They were knowledgeable and direct about my VERY old system. Immediately after they left I could notice a difference in my system. There was more air flow and it kept up through the afternoon. So glad I joined their comfort club.
