Our upstairs furnace stopped working. We had an appointment for 11 am Wednesday, but they called Tuesday afternoon and said they could come. Mr. Kenney and Mr. Andrew's did an amazing, quick, and efficient job. They replaced a part and had everything working in less than an hour. And they cleaned up after themselves! Howells is the best

They were on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and were able to replace our melted wires within an hour. Heat was back on less than 24 hours after calling. Great service!

A piece of my heating system went out on a Wednesday when I called them at 4 PM, a technician arrived the next morning before 7AM!! Technician C. L. Kenney is simply the best there is; conscientious, professional and knowledgable. Had me back in heating mode in less than 2 hours. These guys are the real deal.

The service technicians are courteous and always explain what they are doing. They don’t hard sell! The office staff is always courteous and quick to schedule any work I need done. I’ve been a customer for over ten years and never had a bad experience.
