Forget about all the “big” guys, this company went the extra mile to diagnose and fix our furnace. It is working better than ever and we will hire them again!

Howell’s has been maintaining our HVAC for at least 5 years, and in 2020, replaced our very old system. They represented their products honestly, helped us to make a very good choice, provided a fair price, and they continue to provide maintenance service. We are very pleased with our system. The service staff today was on-time, pleasant, and thorough. We find Howell’s to be very reliable.

2022: Matthew was on time, personable, and gave my system a thorough preventative maintenance as a part of their Comfort Club. He explained things in terms I could understand, and identified potential problem points for the future. I feel like I am in good hands with Howell's taking care of my equipment.

2021: Tony was on time and very personable. I believe he did a thorough analysis of my indoor and outdoor unit. I believe he gave me accurate information, and gave a tiered approach to the current repair that accounted for other pieces of hardware which haven't failed yet, but are within the timeframe to fail. UPDATE: The repair was performed as promised. I am very satisfied with Howell's Heating and Air Conditioning!

Update for maint. service on 12/14/2022. Mark let us know of a weak capacitor that if it fails will prevent the system from starting. He was able to replace it during the maint. call. Less worry in the cold weather of an issue coming up at the wrong time!

We have been maintenance clients of Howell's for a several years now. We have been very satisfied with their service - they are prompt and clean and their twice a year maintenance has been great. The monthly payment option is also a easy pay method. We now have Mark as our service tech. He was here for the first time and is a good rep for Howell's - he showed up on time, was courteous, wore shoe covers and mask in the house. He kept us informed of his progress and when he was done.

Howell's is always on time and does a good job. I like the fact they take the time to explain everything to you. Mark was very professional and polite. Great job.
