Howell's Heating & Air Conditioning

After dealing with another company who sent techs to my home twice and blamed the issue on 1) an outstanding recall and 2) me for “not changing air filters” which I do every 4 to 6 weeks - CL from Howell’s fixed the issue in 10 mins. So knowledgeable and efficient and only regret we didn’t call sooner. Great job, Howell’s - and especially CL!

The only problem I had was that the appt was scheduled for 1030 and the technician arrived at 1145. I called at 1120 and was told he was still 15 minutes out. A heads up would've been nice. But, other than that, Aaron was very professional and did a great job.

Howell’s heating and air came to our rescue super fast and fixed the issue! Other companies I had called could not get to us for 2 weeks. Super pleased with the service recieved from Matt! He was very nice and thoroughly explained what was wrong with our unit and how he fixed it. Can’t recommend them enough!

Howell’s does a great job, every time. Every service tech I’ve worked with has been professional, courteous, and efficient. They take time to show me what they are evaluating and answer my questions. John Marshpund is the BEST - he has worked on our rental property and primary home for many years.

Mark did a great job in our semi-annual inspection. He answered my questions and was very thorough and professional. We rely on Howell's to keep our HVAC system running smoothly.

Aaron was super nice, very efficient and I was happy they sent him specifically. He was actually a little earlier than expected, got right to it and had my ac running in minutes. Being a nice guy is one thing. Being competent and efficient is another. But Aaron excelled at both and my wife will be thrilled to have cool when she gets home from work !

Prompt excellent service. Bradley was great. I highly recommend them. On Bradley's 2nd visit he found and fixed 2 problems from the original installation which had been done by a different hvac company. I couldn't be more pleased with the service.
