Gilman Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

We had Gilman install our HVAC system a couple years ago. This was our first plumbing work order. He was on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Kristian was awesome!

I highly recommend Gilman for your HVAC needs. The technician that came out to fix my AC unit was knowledgeable and brought my 2nd floor temperature from an unbearable 90+ degrees down to a normal, comfortable ~70 degrees. Having had their service in the past, I knew they would deliver and, true to form, they definitely delivered. Thanks Gilman!

He was professional and polite. He was thorough in his work and kept everything clean.

I called with a problem with my heat pump and they were able to come out within a few hours. Devon fixed the issue and was extremely helpful.

I had a leak at my well (deep well) and, although this is not something Gilman would normally work on, they sent a very knowledgeable technician out on the Friday before Labor Day weekend to see if they could help. The technician, Kristian, went above and beyond by digging at least 4 feet into the ground at the well head to locate and fix the leak. He was covered head to toe in mud and soaking wet by the time it was all said and done but he got it fixed and got our water turned back on. All of this happened after reaching out to 5 different well companies and all of them telling me that they did not have anyone available until the following Tuesday. This was a huge job, but Kristian was determined to get the job done and he was so polite and knowledgeable and explained everything as he went along. He should be commended and hopefully rewarded by the company for going above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you very much, Kristian!

We needed a commercial building A/C unit repaired. Blake arrived right on time he was very knowledgeable and did not mind giving detailed explanations of what he needed to do. He was able to repair the unit with just a capacitor. Bear I mind it was 90 something outside and after normal business hours. Yet he took his time did not rush above his knowledge his attitude after a long hot day couldn’t have been more pleasant.

Devon was very helpful, instructive, polite, and professional. Although he was running late they let me know he was on the way. All the service folks that have sent have been good.

Our HVAC needed a new control panel, and we were able to get the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. Blake, the technician, was prompt, informative, and pleasant to work with. I would use Gilman again in the future!

Josh did a great job, cleaned all of the unit and explained everything clearly.

They were very thorough in the repairs that needed to be done even reaching out to the original technician to verify exactly where the unit was leaking. They checked the thermostat in the house to make sure it was working correctly with the HVAC system. I will use Gilman again.
