Wonderful experience once again. Brad identified and fixed a few issues that would have left us cold in the near future. Professional and stayed afterhours to get the job done right the first time.

Just wanted to commend Doug for his professional service to our heating and cooling system yesterday. He was quick, informative, and very helpful. To my surprise, the repair was very inexpensive. I have an old system and expected to be told that I needed to replace everything. He explained what to watch for in the future, and reassured me everything was operating correctly. I have been using Gilman every since they took over Lakeside Heating and Cooling, and I have been very satisfied.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service by Brandon and team member, Josh, to install our Navien tankless hot water heater with circulator. Pretty amazed that we continued to have uninterrupted hot water for nearly the entire all day installation. Job was wrapped up, installed, and fully explained and demonstrated by approx. 5 PM. We made a great decision to do ongoing maintenance with Gilman. They are timely, efficient and make things super easy. Our tech, Devon, explained the steps he was taking and why. I feel really comfortable with our service and the company!

We contacted Gilman today at 8am due to no hot water. Upon arriving they quickly determined our 17 year old gas hot water tank needed to be replaced. By 1:30 we had hot water. Truely grateful to them for getting us back on line so quickly.

He came earlier then his scheduled appointment, he was very knowledgeable and professional! Excellent customer service , great price and I was very satisfied! This is my third time using this company! I will use them again!

Our experience having a new hot water heater installed by Gilman Heating and Cooling was fantastic. Their technician Chris was a pleasure to deal with. He arrived on-time as promised, explained the work to be performed, and provided details for what needed to be added and why. The work was professionally handled from start to finish. Neatly installed with all debris removed and the location was clean when he finished.

We would gladly call them again for any future HVAC work.
