Gilman Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

We had an area in the kitchen with damp drywall. Gilman sent a technician early the next morning who found the leak, verified where it was coming from, removed damaged pipe and installed new pipe. Our technician Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the job timely. I would recommend Gilman to any of our neighbors.

Always appreciate how friendly and thorough the service technicians are! They are always up front about the repairs that needs to happen and will communicate any price changes, etc.

These guys were fantastic. Extremely personable and very upfront about what needed to be done and how it worked.

They even got out to my house the same day I called and even though they had to order the part they were back out to fix my system the very next day. I appreciated it a lot when they told me they wanted to make sure I didn't have to go through the weekend without a properly functioning HVAC system.

Josh answered all my questions and even went above and beyond in helping to prevent future issues with my heating system.

The price seems very fair and he made sure to show me exactly what was wrong, how it went wrong,
and how they were going to fix it.

They also maintenanced my full system at the same time as the repair. They cleaned everything out, tightened up all wiring, and checked for any issues that might pop up in the near future.

And after the routine maintenance there was no push for further services or for replacing or fixing things that didn't need it. Not pushy at all.

Josh was really focused on making sure I got the best service at the best value.

My actual name is J. Louis Toth and your man Chris came out to my rental home on Nelsons Bridge Rd. and repaired a leak that Servpro found beneath my home and corrected a well pump / water pressure issue caused by a failed water tank beneath the home.
He was professional, prompt, polite, and knowledgeable.
The home will soon be replumbed soon and we hope he is who will be sent out for the job!

Pete was great. Ran into a few hiccups while doing an unexpected re-pipe on our home. He kept a positive attitude, was so respectful, and answered all of our questions with sincere answers. Highly recommend!

Update: It seems all of Gilman’s techs are fabulous. We had James come out on a Saturday because my AC decided to quit overnight. James was extremely professional, was very knowledgeable, and was pleasant to work with. I can’t recommend this company enough.

My technician came by ahead of schedule, very knowledgeable. Professional explained everything in great detail. Went through source, path and destination of the issue. Explain what the remedy could be. Was not rushed very relaxed.
