Chris was just fantastic. Our kitchen faucet unexpectedly broke this morning. We belong to Gilmans' Comfort Club and we knew right away who to call. Within 40 minutes the service man was here. While making the repairs, we had discussed how we had some valves changed by another Gilman service man last year. He suggested that the valves under the kitchen sink were of the type that should be replaced like the other ones. These valves are easier to operate and less likely to fail. All in all, we had a new, more versatile faucet installed and better valves installed. Chris is a great asset to Gilman. He is courteous, knowledgeable and professional in everything he does. We are so glad we chose Gilman for all our plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs.

The serviceman, Christian, repaired leak in kitchen faucet quickly and efficiently. Arrived on time and was very polite, answering my questions patiently. Recommend this dealer as five star.
