Gilman is the best. We have used them for years, projects big and small. We have never had anything other than great experiences. Every Gilman person who been in here has been someone I would have no qualms about leaving alone in the house. Their work is uniformly exceptionally. As I said, they’re the best.

Chris was very professional (as well as punctual) and helped us with our issue with a full explanation of everything. We would definitely use him again. Also appreciate him teaching our 4 year old about plumbing! Great technician!

Chris has been here a few times for plumbing projects, and always does a great job. Gilman does a great job for our plumbing and hvac work, and we know we can trust them with our home.

The team came early! Wasn’t even an hour from when I called in. I had no hot water and the tank was leaking. 2 guys arrived, never tried to upsell anything, was able to price everything out individually for me, I had enough time to run and grab the new tank myself to save money. They were polite, professional, arrived early, and just great! Definitely would use them again!

Well here is the deal. Just another company overcharging for services. Called for some plumbing. Work was done and billed only to have to pay a service fee as well. Sound like a good deal. Let it sink in. Not only are you paying for products and services. You are also paying for the privilege of using a company. A company is charging you extra money for a service and skill that they are already profiting on.

What a shame. Will utilize companies in the future that respect me enough to not screw me on the services!!

Installation was great, people were courteous, friendly and professional! Minimal time taken for installation of who new system and it was back in no time cooling the house. I would recommend Gilman to anyone. Their technicians and company stand behind their work and product.

Josh was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. He explained everything every step of the way. I can highly recommend this company. They previously installed a new toilet and water heater in my house with the same excellent results.
